“We are currently 3 days into a seven night stay with a touring caravan. I’ve got to say that this has got to be the best site I’ve been on at this time of year. The facilities are spotless, the park is spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful. As a group of parks, it’s brilliant that there is the ability to use all three in the group when just staying on one. The only drawback for me is the lack of accessibility. The pavement edges are a touch too high for my mobility scooter and whilst most areas are accessible, it’s not clear on the route to allow wheelchair use. Overall, it’s an amazing site with only the above issues to mention.”

“Great place. There are lots of different choices where you can decide which to try. It is for all ages both children and adults, you can go with a date or friends. There are facilities for also the people that are not participating in the event.”

“This club is great - everyone is so friendly and welcoming. This isn't my home club but I pop in here relatively often when I'm in the area. Facilities are great and would be very happy if this was local, home club. I've recently started doing a lot more yoga classes and am loving Ann-See Yeoh's classes. Gym is well equipped. Outdoor and indoor pools are great. Always lovely and warm and clean. Wide variety of good food and drink. Highly recommend.”

“I have just read a previous review and felt the need to leave a review of my experience. I find it amazing that i can exercise in the morning then work in the business hub for a couple of hours and then go and have a swim. I think this is brilliant that DV clubs can accommodate that and help people work and keep fit at the same time. This is not the gyms fault that someone doesn’t feel comfortable seeing people combining work & fitness. It looks like some comments and 1 star reviews have nothing to do with the club and its a shame that people feel the need to validate themselves by leaving a bad review on Google. I am so so happy my husband and i have joined the club, my only regret is that we haven’t done that sooner! PS My only comment would be - adding more sugar-free & healthy options to snacks and drinks like lemonade and ice coffee with sugar free syrup etc to the menu.”

“My nephew and I used this hotel as our base during a trip to Bristol. The location is the best. We had a 2 room suite and it was fantastic. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. We also had access to the executive lounge, this is a fantastic added extra. Great space with snacks and drinks (including beer and wine at night). The exec lounge also included a full breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

“What an amazing place to go! My daughter who is 10 absolutely loved it! The staff were super friendly, really great at communication and made us feel so welcome. All the animals are kept in lovely clean tanks and well looked after. Even seen some fish I hadn't seen before! The garden bit in between some rooms was amazing, the trees and plants were gorgeous! Really recommend bringing children here as it was a lovely afternoon out!”

“Great swimming pool that I have been using since Filton pool closed unexpectedly in April 2025 (but has since reopened) if has up to 6 lanes for swimming (less when there are swimming lessons or casual sessions) - Experimented on various sessions and did find that the casual sessions on the whole were the quietest (but I do have some flexibility) Also used the sessions on the weekend - showers are great - separate ladies and gentlemen changing rooms - £8 for a one off adult swim (as of Sept 2025) or of you go more often then get the membership - can be done on line just be careful which session you book on - I did the wrong one but soon got it changed to swim only!! Staff are great - if you can book in advance it would be great and easier and you can just used your card to present at the desk and not reliant on a member of staff being on duty (none will be around if the lifeguards are on rotation) Great pool and great staff, great facilities - I still have membership and will use on an adhoc basis a the pool I go to has reopened but would certainly go there as a back up and provided a great pol”

“Brilliant Service for our two day conference with almost 40 delegates attending from across the country. The Drawing Room was the perfect space for presentations and working groups, with space on one side for a grazing station and tables for a working lunch. The room was set up exactly as requested and lovely and toasty during a cold November. The team were very adaptable to our ever changing plans and it was very easy to arrange meetings in person as well as liaise over email. The accommodation was gorgeous and everyone was very happy with their rooms. We also hosted a private dinner in the Garden Room, which again was set up exactly as requested with space to network. It ran to our timetable taking into account welcome drinks, speeches and a three course meal. Again it was lovely and toasty for a cold and wet November. And lunch in the brassiere on the final day was delicious. Complements to the entire team. Would highly recommend!”

“Amazing experience staying here! Staff very friendly and helpful and also non-judgemental (as we turned up head to toe in Halloween gear aha) and no one batted an eyelid. Our room was clean and well laid out with comfy pillows and good room temperature settings. The hotel feels very fancy and well put together and for the price is amazing value for money.”

The supervisor Harriet was also great with giving a little bit of local information about Bristol to help our trip be even better. Tilly was also on hand on our last day to help us enjoy our stay! “We stayed overnight for the New Years Eve party and have nothing but praise for the whole event. From start to finish everything was well catered for and all the staff lovely, friendly and helpful. We will return. One glitch for me personally was that i like a swim - and children were in the 'lane swim' portion of the pool.”

“Divine hotel. Being greeted by the lovely Annabelle made us feel right at home. Perfect after a long coach journey. The beautifully decorated restaurant was spotless. Location is perfect + Bristol is very walkable. Room: Other reviews state rooms were small, I would advise going for the superior or deluxe options, as the price difference is modest and will be absolutely worth it. We stayed in the deluxe suite which it was generous for two people. Our room was facing the street and I didn't hear any noise. Spa: I had a nice chat with Nellie who was very accommodating at the spa reception. Steam, sauna, hydrotherapy pool and a spacious jacuzzi with 4 different settings - exactly what you need after a long day exploring the lively, eventful Bristol. I like how the spa doesn't get crowded because everyone books their slot. And finally... Lucy ensured a smooth checkout and kept our bags safe while we explored on our last day. “I love this gym, it's Aircon is so good, it's a nice view out over parts of Bristol. It's usually quiet and the machines are nice and not all worn out and run down looking like they tend to get in your high street gyms. Everything is nicely spaced out and laid out. You just download the app and you get a QR code which you just scan to go through the barriers. After I purchased the membership they called me to check if I had any questions and the staff seem nice enough. I want it to be successful but I'm also loving how quiet it is.”
