The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. “Giant selection of Sandwiches, drinks and snacks for the meal deal, which is reasonably priced. The fast food (Pizza counter and char) is brilliant. It's quick (most days), and tastes brilliant. I had a Pizza Slice and a Mini Garlic pizza for £4, and given the size, and taste it was amazing value. Great for a quick lunch stop.”

“I regularly visit the Flannels store in Bath as the staff are very friendly and you never feel pressure to buy when in the store. Whenever I've visited I've received the same level of welcome and help - even if I'm just browsing the latest season. When I've asked for help with finding things - staff have been willing to help and have also given their opinion on different brand fits from their own experience of the brands. They never come across judgemental at all, which is rare for a luxury designer store. They are always polite to me whether I'm spending £40 or £400. Which is why I go back regularly. The prices are what I expect of the store - previously I would have to go to Bristol, Swindon or London to find the same designer Brands.”

“The place was aesthetically pleasing, I visited Bath for 3 days and on my last day there I tried this shop, for an afternoon tea, as I was tired strolling around the town. There I was, resting and I tried their biscoff cupcake and a pot of tea. It was a nice experience, they just seemed a bit lack of staff, there were only 2 of them, and it was a bit busy, the other one felt like she was new. Other than that it was a good experience.”

“My favourite London coffee chain and I've now found it in Bath too. Tucked away on the corner of Union Street, this place is in the centre yet has a calm feel. Standard Soho coffee brilliance; great coffee, chilled atmosphere, modern industrial interior and offers student discount. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Just wanted to say the staff here, on a busy Saturday in December, were fantastic. I was visiting for the day from Swansea for the Christmas market, and needed a break. They were extremely busy, but all managed to cope really well, we all polite, friendly and kept the service fast. Tables were being cleaned continuously, there was someone by the door who was making sure people knew the situation with tables, and there to help people, including someone with visual impairment. I was here for about an hour and ordered two drinks, and they had served around 200 customers in that time. Was even offered a chocolate from a box of heroes that a member of staff was handing out. So well done to all the staff, fantastic example of how to work in hospitality and how to work as part of a team.”

“We recently sold our Ford Fiesta though Cazoo and it was a surprisingly good experience. Initially, we used a number of car selling sites to get prices for the Fiesta and Cazoo offered the top price by some margin. So we arranged an appointment at the Bristol Customer Centre in Brislington expecting the price to be reduced on inspection of the car. We were prepared to walk away if the price offered was reduced considerably. On arrival, we were impressed with the luxurious building and the friendly welcome from the staff. We were offered a private room to discuss our car sale. After a lovely coffee and a wait of around 15 minutes whilst they checked over the car, we were told that they would honour the original price offered. They then immediately transfered the money into our bank account. Very impressive from start to finish!”

“Lovely to sit outside here for lunch on a sunny day (in October! ) Service was efficient: you order inside, give your table number & food is brought to you. Between us we enjoyed very good homemade soup (sweet potato & red pepper) & a wrap. Usual range of teas & coffees. Cakes looked great but we didn't indulge. Would definitely go again.”
