I had low blood sugar and I walked in looking confused searching for a drink and he quickly took me to the drink section and handed me sugary drink and quickly put it through tills so I just paid and didn’t have to stress about anything else. It may not seem like much but what he did was life saving!”

“Cosy store in cosy location. Feels very friendly. However, it seems there's a slight problem with management. I picked up a tub of yoghurt and it spilled all over me.. it was open!! Also, in the big water section, there were no multi pack of normal water, only individual bottles.”

She found the shoes and held them back for us. We arrived 20 minutes later and she went and got the trainers for us to try on and we had a lovely chat at the same time. Excellent service.”
