“Bought a sofa and chair around 3/4 weeks ago, we was welcomed into the store by Kiri. He explained the layout of the store and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. After looking around we had decided on something completely different to what we was looking for, Kiri sat with us to help us make this decision and was patient with us. We did not feel rushed. Would highly recommend Newport branch, just to be served by him! We received our order around one week ago and it was right on time. Really happy.”

“Had the most complicated set of returns ever with multiple purchases at different stores and hundreds of receipts. Obviously tried to deal with it on busy evening right before Christmas, when we were en route (and running late) for a class. Laura the supervisor was absolutely brilliant. It didn't phase her at all and what I had pre-empted being a time consuming disaster was dealt with quickly, clearly and we were on our way in minutes. This is the customer service I didn't think existed in shops anymore: super knowledgeable about the policies and system, and polite too. Thank you Laura, for making Christmas that little bit easier!”

“The staff at this pharmacy are excellent, I have regular contact with them re my life long prescription requirements and they cannot be faulted. Everytime, I attend the premises I am always greeted with a smile and friendly approachable. Sunesh, ia a great asset to the company. He undertakes my medication reviews thoroughly and it is a please to deal with him and all the staff. I have no hesitation in recommending the services offered at these premises.”

“Having had an issue with an online order and not getting very far with the customer service team, mainly due to Yodels failures, I went into the store to see if they could help. Working in retail I expected them to say they had no control of online orders, which I'd know to be true. However, the manager Megan was brilliant, she took complete ownership of the issue and resolved it for me right then. Great to see a manager who understands the importance of a great omni channel experience! Thank you”

“Very conveniently located Argos. We usually order online for in-store collection and find most items are available on the same day. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had to return a few items over the years and have always found this to be a fairly straightforward and painless experience. The shop shares a car park with the wider retail park which can get busy at times. The car park is usually much quieter in the evenings and I have always been able to park fairly close to the entrance. Staff are usually happy to help you take larger items to your car if necessary. There are a couple of disabled spaces near the shop entrance. As these are quite limited, you might want to try to visit at a quieter time of day if you will need a disabled space.”

“Ali baba shop have variety of goods of most of the countries. They have lots of rear collection. If you go there you can buy your all necessary goods.”

“First time ordering through the Frangos app. Delivery came but was missing an item. Called up and our order was rectified immediately. Food arrived hot and was delicious. Was cheaper and faster than going through other delivery apps too. Will 100% order again. Delivery drivers and call handler were very polite and professional. 5 star service. Thank you so much. Only negative was that I can’t seem to add my feedback through the app. Must be an error. So I’m leaving my review here. Again thank you for your excellent service.”

“Outstanding store. It started by being greeted by a member of the team, asking what I was interested in. I needed school shoes for my 11 year old so was directed to another section of the store to queue. I also have 2 Sen children who were getting distressed with queuing and the volume of people. We then saw Isaac who got my 11 year old’s feet measured and because of the distress of my Sen children, mentioned Clark’s offer closed appointments for Sen children and would we be interested to come back at a quieter time. I haven’t had my Sen children’s feet measured because it’s so stressful and weren’t there to buy for them but actually thought, yes, that would be amazing! A wonderful lady called Amy then approached us and rather than offering us an appointment to come back, she took us away from the crowds and said I’ll do it now for you. She took us to a quiet section and my children eventually calmed. They’re in pushchairs and she was unable to measure their feet in their contraptions so we attempted to take them out but they were so content at this point because it was quiet and she spoke so softly that the children were actually happy to be touched by her. Amazing service from start to finish and 3 pairs of shoes purchased rather than just the one. I didn’t think it was physically possibly to measure my Sen children (from past experience) but Amy has restored my faith and I can’t thank her enough for looking after us so well”
