“I’ve just registered here and what impressed me from the get go, is their telephone system, I tried a few surgerys and got the usual busy tone over and over, which is very frustrating when your Ill and need a doctor, however no such problem here, their system tells me what number I am in the queue should I care to wait, or offered to hold my place in the queue and call me back, I opted for call back and true to their word i got a call back 20 minutes later from a very friendly lady, who advised me to come straight in to register, which I did, this kind of service makes me believe that the patient experience and customer service really matters to these guys, very reassuring. the ladies in reception are ever so friendly, then I had an appointment next day with the nurse and my registration is complete, very impressed so far, I’m looking forward to my next illness haha”

Yes I'll agree it's very frustrating to call and call and get no answer, and that problem needs to be solved by the hiring of new staff. Not everyone has an insane wife to fight their battles, and when the worst happens it won't be the staff we blame. It will be the management.”
