βI came for an overnight stay and was wowed as soon as I got there. It was lovely. Beautiful decor and room was a fantastic size. The spa was so relaxing and the food afrom the bar and restaurant was delicious. Had a bath in the room which was fab. Breakfast was all great quality products. Staff were friendly and professional. Cant wait to cisit again. The only downside was 1 of the beds mattress protector had a stain and the pillow was a little dirty but it did not ruin our stay at all staff were very accommodatingβ
βGreat hotel good rooms stayed here twice. Close to centre free parking plus food shops across the road. For take away. Staff very helpful xxxβ
βWhat a lovely find on booking.com for my overnight stay for work purposes. I didn't eat here because I'd eaten on route due to my work load but was greeted with a friendly receptionist & very welcoming. The room is big and a huge TV which is perfect because normally a box standard TV in other establishmentd I use. There was a note in my room that the ground floor is currently being refurbished. So, I'll definitely revisit to see . It was also lovely and quiet stay .β
βVery good hotel to go to for couple or family. We had a lovely stay, very clean rooms, toilets and comfortable beds. The hosts/staff are customer oriented and friendly. All the cooked food are fresh and tasty. We will go back again. Highly recommended.β
βKarolina made exceptional coffees and her Service with a smile made the difference in the day. Well done. Keep it up.β
βThe Premier Plus room was amazing. Large, it was well furnished, well lit yet calm, in tones of grey, with purple up lights above bed head and fulsome full length curtains at the long window. The bed was very large, extremely comfortable and had lovely white bedding. Hanging cupboard with full length mirror on the face. Alongside there is a lighted vanity mirror, hairdryer in a holder. Great for doing hair and makeup. Great desk, office chair. Table lamp and real coffee maker and kettle for tea. Wing easy chair with footstool to relax in watching wall TV. Rain and standard shower in the roomy bathroom. All very clean. Spotless. Staff were excellent. Very welcoming and very helpful. Security locks on doors to access corridors to rooms. Good choice of cooked breakfast is served in adjacent stylish Bar+Block Steakhouse. I also had lunch there... delicious perfectly cooked rump steak and chips with salad. Again staff in here were very welcoming. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money too. You can be really comfortable here, located in the town centre, and with parking 5 minutes walk away, round the corner in multi story car park.β
βGreat hotel, convenient to the airport. They donβt have a shuttle but a taxi is quick and cheap. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but they were clean, quiet (which really amazed me) and the bed was so comfortable! Only gripe was the toilet paper holder was similar to a public toilet. Staff are absolutely amazing! Friendly, efficient and so polite!β
βWe arrived very late at night after traveling. The desk clerk was very helpful and got us checked in quickly. The room was small but spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom. For me personally the bed was too firm, but that's personal choice as my husband found it comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had two perfect fried eggs cooked fresh for me. I asked a young girl assistant if they did them. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff in the restaurant were lovely. All the offerings were tasty and fresh. On checking out another young man checked us out, again very efficient and pleasant.β
βGreat hotel which is very well run and good value. Outstanding service from very pleasant team - a special shout out to Mackenzie who was brilliant, and who was kind enough to configure our rooms in a way that worked for us. It made a huge difference to us. Thank-you.β
βVery nice hotel, unfortunate that it was raining when we went there but the beer garden looked very pretty. Food was excellent, servers and reception staff were both friendly and helpful, and the proximity to the bus that goes straight to NEC and the airport was very convenient. My only complaint would be that for some reason theres no towel rails in the bathroom, so you have to leave your towels on the toilet seat or some other inconvenient spot. Not annoying enough to dock them a star tho, so 5 stars.β
βMy husband I enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Premier Inn Coventry City Centre, Belgrade Plaza. We had a huge room, which was very well maintained and staff were omnipresent and helpful. Initially, we were put off by having to pre-book our breakfast time-slot, but it was actually fine and staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but the carpets on the bedroom floors had not seen a hoover for a while...apart from that it was all greatβ
βGreat overnight stay to break our long journey. As other reviews mention, Beverley on reception was super friendly on arrival and have is all the info we needed for a smooth check in. She also organised a member of the team to fetch us some more conditioner to our room when we ran out, and didn't make is feel like we were causing trouble. The hotel is located near a retail park which is handy. Overall a great stay and we will stay there again too break our trips down to the south.β
βWe had a fantastic stay at Village Hotel Coventry and would happily return. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference.β
βAbsolutely fantastic Premier Inn, absolutely five star and beyond! Booked to stay for my birthday with my girlfriend who lives in Coventry, but unfortunately she was admitted to hospital the day we was due to check in. But, I checked in for my two nights and would visit her for most of the time I was there and would pretty much just sleep at the hotel. Shame, as it was such a lovely and clean room not to mention cosy. Special mention to Connor after finding out it was my birthday, he arranged for a couple of complimentary drinks for my room and upon returning from spending 10 hours of my birthday at the hospital, I found an ice bucket with two bottles of beer and a lovely birthday card from all the staff. Such a lovely gesture and will return with my girlfriend to make up for her not being able to stay. Purple spotlight in bathroom is a really nice touch. Lovely staff and nice place to stay. Thanksβ
βWe booked a three night Christmas break at this hotel through Great Little Breaks. Having read through some of the previous reviews I was a little concerned whether Iβd done the right thing. However we couldnβt fault anything. We booked a deluxe double which overlooked the golf course and the food and amenities were excellent. Nothing negative to say.β
βRoom simply but sufficiently equipped. Clean, tidy and exceptionally quiet. Good road links especially to south and east. Will certainly stay there again.β
βStayed here for 2 nights and upon check in we got a complimentary upgrade to a pitch view room which was great! The bed in the room wasnt as big as we thought but there was plenty of space in the room! The staff member check us in was great and professional and even gave us complimentary breakfast which was amazing! Only pet peeve was that the AC in the room couldnt be turned off and the room would get cold pretty quickly...other than that great stay!β
βThe Jacobean Hotel is on the Holyhead Road going out of Coventry in the direction of Birmingham. The bar area is a lovely place to go to for eats and drinks and if you need to you can stay in the hotel too. The Jacobean is in very pleasant surroundings. If you decide to try the outside seating, you can see the countryside area called Coundon Wedge which is a lovely place to go to for a walk. There are wooded areas there, fields and a stream, all of which is beautiful. The Jacobean Hotel in this lovely area, is highly recommended.β
βOverall was great. The beefeater was very nice. Hotel on a main road but couldn't hear the traffic.β
βOur room was very pleasing, with a large comfortable bed. The staff in the place, whether cleaner, cook, reception or management were very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast options.β
βReturning as regular locals . Very pleasant atmosphere and ambience, great decor, friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Tracy back in role in the coffee lounge , looked after us really well, thanks. Nice to see staff from before the refurb. We will recommend to friends and family.β
βIdeal location for an overnight stop off, just off the M6 motorway. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. We were travelling with a baby so were given a room with a cot on the ground floor. Rooms are spacious and clean and include a bath tub. There is plenty of parking on site, just remember to register your vehicle at reception when checking in. There is an Aldi and a Subway just behind the hotel which is very convenient.β
βIdeal for pre flight accommodation. Room was fine although furniture was dated. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was way above expectations with a fantastic Sri Lankan curry. 10 minute walk to mag level train to access BHXβ
βMy husband and I stayed to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The staff were very helpful from the very first time we contacted them via email to arrange the booking with Roxanna. Our evening meal in the restaurant was superb. In fact I would say it was the best meal I have had in many years. I highly recommend the herb crusted lamb and both my husband and I agreed that the sticky toffee pudding was pure heaven. Geeva & Gael were very attentive serving staff and very pleasant. We chose to have a few drinks in the bar and again, Ashley the barman was a delight. Attentive, pleasant and friendly. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we look forward to staying again in futureβ
βLovely food, nice atmosphere, only problem is with the Cavery. You have to ask for peas, then wait a while looking like a right weirdo. But that's the only downside.β
βwe visit the premier inn warwick regularly for breakfast with our family and everyone absolutely loves it. There is always something for everyone to eat. The service is always amazing and this morning we were helped by sharon who was very friendly and helpful. Keep up the wonderful work, thank you allβ
βFantastic value for money, staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. The hotel was so clean and had air conditioning throughout. Room was spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty to choose from. The staff did an amazing job keeping it ticking over during busy times. Will definitely return.β
βWe came to Brownsover Hall tonight on their soft opening night. We have really looked forward to seeing the hotel come back to life after is declined under its previous owners. To say the new owners have redeveloped the hotel is an understatement. They have improved the hotel incredibly and turned it into a uniquely beautiful boutique hotel. The welcome was fabulous, the receptionist Alice was very pleasant and smiley, as were the bar staff and Adam we anssume F&B Manager was very welcoming too. In fact we spoke to a number of members of staff and all were friendly and welcoming. Harry served us and he was knowledgable and helpful and again exactly how you would want a high quality establishments staff to treat you. The food was excellent, the flat iron steak cooked to perfection. The other dishes we had were fabulous too. The tarte-tatin is most definitely worth waiting for. The ambience of the restaurant, Scottβs, was awesome and has as with the rest of the hotel been lovingly and skilfully interior designed. We will definitely return after such a lovely experience. Weβve used this hotel many times in the past and it is now another level. The new owners have created a wonderful experience. Well done on creating such a beautiful environment.β
βGreat place to stay whilst visiting the NEC ! Highly recommended ! ! !β
