βHad a lovely stay here, was a little concerned about plane noise, but didn't have any disturbance at all. The spa was very nice, and breakfast was good as well, and friendly staff throughout. The Christmas decorations really added to the vibe as well!β
βAmazing day out for all the family. Best zoo we have been too. Loads to see, food vans located around the park which is great and it's actually decently priced too and great quality. There are loads of great animals to see and definitely could spend an entire day there. We all had the best day. Would definitely come back again.β
βThe place is very well-curated, featuring interesting exhibitions and nicely-stocked shop. I also recommend escaping the hubbub of the streets to watch artists hard at work from the gallery. Don't be fooled by on-street parking spaces - these are prohibitively expensive, it's better to use public transport or leave car elsewhere and walk.β
βFantastic park. When you're traipsing around the city all day looking at monuments and have a tired little person, they just want to play! This park is the perfect relaxing spot. Tables, green space, ample equipment, toilets. Ticks all the boxes.β
βHad an excellent dinner in restaurant prior to show. Theatre is compact with good seats everywhere but not the most comfortable. Show was very entertaining with great acting.β
βWatched AC/DC here August 21st, what a great music venue this is, whilst it's great for rugby it's nice to see the stadium being used for music as well. No issues getting in and out, all the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful.β
βVisited tonight to see the Wizard of Oz absolutely fabulous show what a great night the kids, 2 and 3, had a ball it was their first time at anything like this and the team were amazing. The venue is beautiful staff super helpful and friendly and the restraunt food was delicious well worth a visitβ
βThis place in Cowdenbeath is amazing for younger children. Well managed with superb amenities. Play is based around a street on a square with lots of different shops, disco, musical instruments, and dress up. Children can also use the various ride on cars, etc, dotted around the street. Imagination can run wild. All of our grandchildren love the vets. Cannot recommend this play area highly enough.β
βHuge Park, there are two Playgrounds, one small and one is big. The small playground is few secs away from Primary School. The Pilrig house is awesome, I find it very special. It can gets rly crowded during summer. Itβs also very good for dog walkers (just pls clean up after ur dog). This park is just 2-3mins away from Pilrig Church in Leith Walk. Iβd also say itβs quite maintained. I recommend this park to everyone , single, couple esp for family walking. I used to walk here almost everyday and one round is like 1k steps, walking 5 rounds can make you 5k steps. There are two bus stops near this Park, so to come here is not a problem as itβs very convenient. Coming here by car is not a problem too as itβs free on-street Parking.β
βGreat venue. Wherever you sit you can see the stage. Comfy seats.β
βGreat place for our Grandson. He played all the time we were there. There was plenty to do, we also got to see the 3 βbabyβ highland cows and a free tea/coffee is a great bonus.β
βIts great place to visit beside all the great health benefits classes. Their new cafe done up has great choice food and drinks. Nice to visit to meet friends and even take family for breakfast and lunch.β
βNice polite staff and a lively building. We attended a social dance which was enjoyable and the group were lovely and welcoming and didn't mention how terrible my dancing was.β
βExcellent space for creative arts for children and the youths.β
βFell and sprained my wrist while visiting family in Edinburgh - they brought me to Minor Injuries where I was seen, X-rayed to check for a potential scaphoid fracture, and given a brace all in just over two hours. Considering the place was pretty busy for a Sunday morning, I was very happy with the speed and quality of my treatment and the kindness of each staff member. Thank you very much indeed!β
βWe booked for Tuesday but meant to book Wednesday and didn't realise this until we turned up on Wednesday. Staff initially said there was no space as they were fully booked but after a rethink they were able to fit us in despite us being on the wrong day. Excellent service and saved a very expensive disappointing mistake since our parents were up visiting. Drinks were good too and it was a nice unique experience to be able to mix your own ingredients yourself rather than being served it. We also added a round of bubblers and shots to the end of our booking which I felt were reasonably priced for what we got. We didn't have food but someone else had a afternoon tea on another table which looked nice.β
βGreat venue for the fringe! Can easily spend here the whole day - plenty of options for food, drinks & great showβ¦ and a short walk from the Royal Mile. My first show was βIn Loyal Companyβ - highly recommended!β

βBeautiful green place with the Water of Leith path and river. Great for any kind of activity as well as for relaxation and pleasure; dog walking, bird watching etc. Lovely. Absolutely lovely!β
βSmall nice park. Playground for children. Large trees for shadow.β
βOne of my favorite places in Edinburgh. Great live music, indie rock, Scottish ceilidh and dancing. The bouncers are always super friendly, and the beers are great.β
βNice place for a stroll with kids or dog,see squirrels, ducks, swans and plenty other wildlife.Small cafe which is good.β
βHuge building full of arts, charities, etc. Great placeβ
βThis venue is absolutely stunning, from the moment you walk through the entrance to the beautifully designed courtyard and the impressive assembly hall itself. The attention to detail in the architecture and decor makes it a truly memorable location for any event. We had the pleasure of attending a performance of Shrek Burlesque (Swamplesque) here, and the hall provided the perfect atmosphere for such a unique and entertaining show. The acoustics were excellent, and the seating offered great views from every angle. I couldnβt recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a top-notch venue. The staff here are also incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.β
βGreat place for sports. It has many rooms where there is a variety of martial arts and dances and activities for kids. There is also a cafe and fresh water in a fountain. There are toilets and changing rooms that are decently clean. This is a social space promoting sports and cultural variety. I am very thankful for this club to exist!β
βGreat park and good party venue with soft playβ
βWe love it here as a family. Our favourite softplay to go with our 2 year old. Me and my daughter go most Saturday mornings and have such amazing fun. Everything that is there for the kids is great, soft play, role play, kitchen etc, the food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! Even on a warm sunny day there is nothing better than a morning at Wee Kingdom!β
βWe were here for the puppy yoga session which was awesome. The facility is well maintained and easy to locate. It has a small cafe with tea coffee patries etc with seating area.β
