They all take great care of him, provide us with lots of photo updates and even go the extra mile by adhering to our weird and wonderful requests like putting scrambled eggs in his kibble! My partner and I have complete peace of mind whilst we are at work and we know our puppy is in great hands. My hair has been looking a state with dryness and snapping off etc. I held great shame of my hair for how it was but Nicola was only emotionally uplifting and possitive about my hair, she only spoke possitive words about my hair, no critism, nothing negative at all, and that also really touched me. Reception made lovely comments , only, too. That means a lot. Nicola has given me the best hair cut, that I have had in years - I love it! and my hair feels good again! I could have also fallen asleep too, because the room was so relaxing and Nicola was so gentle. The reception lady was lovely too, but sorry I have forgotten her name. A client commented on my hair when mine was almost finished & she complemented me on my natural colour too (staff did also), I wish to thank her (client) for her comments and say to her that her hair looks geat too.
