“Absolutely fantastic. I'm old enough to have eaten lots of Chinese food and this take away is one of the very best. The salt and pepper ribs were falling off the bone and really nice cuts - not too many fatty end bits that I'm not a fan of. Singapore noodles are fab too. Lots of chicken and prawns and a good balance in the "sauce" so it's not too dry. Curry sauce was excellent (sorry to go against your previous review Jojo). Hot, spicy and fab. The young guy that has served me every time is friendly, patient and helpful. Prices are good and menu options extensive. I've not used the delivery service as I'm only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.”

“About this Tesco Café in the supermarket: Well I've not eaten there in years because of a raw fish i was served the last time I was there. Now tables don't seem to be cleaned regularly and always groggy when I pass them, so I've learnt to pass the Café when I do shopping. Always a catchup stain or something sticky on seats and chairs as I walk by. Prices are dear asif you're in a restaurant. Not really where I feel like sitting down.”

“3 item munchie box, wow! I got chicken in batter with S&S sauce, 5 large pieces. SnP chips in batter, amazing. King Prawn Panang Curry. 5 Prawns, green peppers and onions/coconut, was fantastic, well worth it. £10.50. Never had a bad meal here.”

“We had room 21 on the first floor that included 3x single beds and an ensuite. The beds were comfortable with additional blankets and pillows available upon request and an extra heater if needed although the central heating was mostly enough for us. There was plentiful hot water and a very good water pressure. The room was cleaned on a daily basis to a really good level. The ensuite was spacious enough for us and there is a communal toilet in the basement which is helpful and kept to a very good cleanliness level. We would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to others.”

Well I have really tried them all on this side of Edinburgh, and Mr lees really is the best, fantastic food and always lovely delivery drivers, please give it a go, you won't be disappointed.”

“Tanya was so busy serving everyone at the bar and in the restaurant but did a fantastic job. So friendly and took a genuine interest in us. Food was really tasty - surf and turf was great succulent sirloin steak cooked perfectly. The ribs were fab too. We'd definitely return.”

“Very dissimilar working along from the shop, bought chips and sausage in buttered roll, roll was the size of a car tyre, massive failing was to use margarine instead of butter, tasted like engine oil, must have put a litre of sauce on each roll so basically just spent eight quid and binned it after about two bites. Horrible really disappointed.”

“We've been ordering here for some time now. We're Italian and so far this is the best delivery pizza we found. They have a more authentic choice of toppings compared to other mainstream companies. The price is very good (around £28 for 2 pizzas, drinks and dessert) and the pizzas are a very good size. Delivery time has never been a problem for us, even if you need to wait five extra minutes because of Covid rules is very well worth it once you try the pizza. We'll keep ordering our pizza here. I already recommended to other Italian friends I know.”
