“Came upon this wee gem while looking for a dog friendly cafe. Couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our mini breakfast, coffee and tray bake. Many families there. Hope to return at some point when we have time to see the birds too.”

“Absolutely love it here ! Staff are friendly especially the manager goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is as pleasant as can be my kids would live here if they could ! The soft play is safe and clean never overcrowded when we are there and it’s not too cold or too hot the food from what I’ve had so far is lovely it’s simple to some but I dunno if it’s the chips or the curry sauce but the chips cheese and curry is gorgeous and the kids love the chicken nuggets and pizza I highly recommend you visit here and don’t go based on all reviews as I’ve been going here for years and since it’s been under new management it’s changed so much for the better and going to continue to do so from what I hear go experience it yourself on my experiences your children won’t be disappointed ! Keep up the great work guys !”

“Got ice cream today! Busy little cafe! Friendly staff. Got vanilla ice cream with chocolate sprinkles good price for the amount of ice cream you get. Hubs got ice cream with colourful sprinkles. Would be back for ice cream anytime, may try to the cafe bit next time!”

“Great pub near the park for watching sport. Plenty of screens and they put on commentary which can sometimes be quite hard to find. Drinks are reasonably priced too. Also, on a warm day it's nice to sit out in the beer garden area but there aren't many tables.”

“TLDR:As a foodie I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious, The service was great. Full review: The decoration is pleasent and the aesthetics match it is a modern decor. As I entered the restaurant at 7:24pm I was seen to immediately and seated at the same time. The waiter asked if I knew what I'd like to drink or if he should come back In a few minutes, I opted for that latter. After a few minutes he came back and took my order. Within 10minutes of me coming into the door, being seated / After 5 minutes of my order being placed. My food was served to me. The waiter have me two sets of cutlery. As i had ordered 2 mains, Linguine Al Salmone and Rigatone Con Salsiccsia, both mains with completely different tastes. This simple action tells me that he knows that the flavors should never mix. He asked me if I would like pepper and parmisian. I said yes, and he seasoned my dishes for me. The Linguine Al Salmon was very nice presented and dish was served very smart / clean, there was no signs of single drop of sauce being splattered around the dish. The dish was very aromatic. This dish's sauce was a lovely thick rich creamy umami based sauce which covered the pasta very well with plenty left over, this dish is served Aldente I highly recommend this if you are not sure what to have. The Rigatone con Salsiccsia consisted of a tomato based spicy sauce, the sauce is definately spicy with subtle sweet tones complimenting the dish along with meat, the sauce is just enough to cover the pasta without flooding it and not undercoating it. This dish is also served aldente. I highly recommend anyone to come try the food here.”

“Went to a play at the citizens tonight. Had a burger before the show. It was fabulous and really good value for money. They also serve pizza and pasta. Very pleased to hear they serve gluten free pizza. I will be back with my family. Staff very helpful and friendly.”

“Come here for breakfast every time we go on holiday in Scotland. Just a couple of minutes of the motorway. Located inside the shopping centre, is much better than what you would normally expect. Friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean and bright. Reasonably priced. The standards are as good year to year.”

“Thankfully the breakfast offering at the hotel I was staying at was dire, a quick online search found Cafe Wander, and what a great find it was. There were a bunch of breakfast offerings, but I had the porridge on the first day, it was so good I had it three mornings in a row. If you’re after something more substantial they do a full Scottish Breakfast, one of my fellow diners had this and was very impressed. I can also recommend the mocha. The staff were lovely, recognizing me after just the first day, while I was there, there was a constant stream of regulars picking up their orders.”

“In Glasgow for a week and have visited the cafe several times. So many delicious things on the menu at very reasonable prices that it’s hard to choose. Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Love the terrace out front - great spot to spend a sunny afternoon. Can’t wait to try more things on my next trip. Highly recommended.”

“Surprisingly great pub food for Glasgow. Nothing like your normal Wethersoons/Hungry Horse, the burger here had an amazing crisp bun on it and tased so fresh. I also had a slice of the sticky toffee pudding which was very delicious and well presented. It was order at the bar, however the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, bring the food to the table and checking in that everything was good. The atmosphere was pretty quiet tonight as there was nothing on, however they have a board at the door that was full of things like Poker Night and sports events. I'll definitely be back and would throughly recommend a visit.”

“Doing a little Christmas shopping and saw this beautiful stall in the thistle centre and had to stop! Saw something for everyone that my family would love. Brought them home and everyone had there treats and they all wanted to know where I got them! Everything was a great price too. Wish I got the guys name, he was very helpful and a great gentleman.
