“Both of our children have gone to Smiley Stars in Mansewood and have been so well cared for. It's a clean, friendly, fun and loving environment. The management team endeavour to help out with last minute requests if we have been stuck and need last minute early drop off or for them to be fed dinner. The nursery teachers in each room genuinely care and get to know each child and what comforts them. It's so reassuring to know they're safe and happy while we are busy at work. Very good communication with regular updates and photos of what they're up to, which helps so much especially if they've been upset being dropped off. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep them learning and occupied. Thank you so much for helping our kids grow ❤️”

“My son and daughter have both attended Blue Kangaroo, both have had nothing but positive experiences and memories. Staff are very friendly and accommodating of my daughters needs and I feel very comfortable that she is in good hands and well looked after. I love seeing all the photos of what wonderful things she has been up to. The Nativity at the weekend was wonderful so much effort put into it and the food was amazing. Thank you all”

“This venue has lots to do for all ages. It’s clean and has staff doing regular cleaning. The toilets are immaculate and the baby play area is one of the cleanest and well maintained I’ve been in. Coffee is lovely. Had a fire evacuation at our visit today and I must say , as rubbish as it was having the kids day cut short, we were very impressed at how calm and quickly the staff got everyone out safely. Considering a lot of staff are younger, they jumped into action very well! We all got a voucher for a free time to return which was good as a lot of places wouldn’t have bothered. Definitely recommend!”

“Have been going to Playtown with my son for a year or so now and had always had a great time to decided to book them for his 5th birthday party, and they couldn't have been more helpful. The booking process was easy, the team contacted me ahead of time to make arrangements for on the day, and then on the day of the party the staff were all so helpful and friendly, and generally made it all so easy for us. Couldn't recommend them more.”

“I had absolutely fantastic customer service from a staff member at Next at the fort in Glasgow.Abigail could not have done anymore for me if she tried, I was trying to get last minute kids items for a holiday the next day and Abigail was just so helpful , even offering to contact Edinburgh airports Next shop for me.Her demeanour was perfect and staff like this must be appreciated and looked after as it will help the company so much.I heard her dealing with the next customer in exactly the same way,I really hope any senior management see this review as I wanted to contact Next directly but couldn’t.This girl is a star.”

“If you're thinking about booking with these guys do it, do it, do it! We're just back from my daughter's 9th birthday party and what a brilliant experience we had. I wasn't sure what it would be like when we booked and was worried that it wouldn't live up to my daughter's expectations- she literally wanted to be a star for the day and I just hoped that they would live up to their name... I needn't have worried. From the minute we arrived Jordan was brilliant. He was very relaxed and professional and got the girls feeling like the stars they wanted to be. They had a wonderful time dancing around the party room and then when they went into the studio it was everything they wanted it to be. The whole experience ran so smoothly and we never felt rushed at any point. Just an all round great experience and the girls all left absolutely buzzing, they are putting the video on YouTube and are convinced they are going to be the next big thing! My daughter is desperate to go back and the other girls mums are all getting in contact to say that it was one of the best parties the girls have ever been to. I am one happy mum with a very happy daughter who had her dreams become a reality today and you can't ask more than that! Recommended 100%! Thank you, thank you and thank you again!”

“So had to go hear as the pram centre let me down badly after 4 weeks . Baby was due . Smyth's toys done everything they could to help went through everything they had in stock and made sure it was what we needed to our requirements. Staff was super friendly. And we got what we wanted and left the store with a better pram for a lot less.”
