“I've have been in several new look shops but I have this say the girls in this shop work really hard and take pride in their shop. Always immaculate and in order. And if you can't see what your looking for, my experience has been the very helpful staff will check if they have it and if not will order for you online, making my shopping experience a pleasure, which keeps me coming back. “Large store given the size of other shops in the area, extensive range. Great changing rooms. Often have great bargains in their sale area. Brilliant cheap shoe selection. Recently have added small.homewares section which is good for little home nick nacks. Aimed at a younger audience teenager to 20s.”

“I purchased a USB Dock to go with my new computer on Click and Collect and went down to pick it up excited to pick it up and set everything up. Unfortunately, when I turned up I was told I had mistakenly ordered it to the Fort store. At the end of a stressful day of work that was all I needed. However, what did brighten my day was the lady behind the counter named Jen. She without missing a beat tried to see if they had it in stock for me to buy at that time and failing that she offered to set me up with a new collection for tomorrow after work in the stockwell street store. She even offered to cancel the Fort's order and arrange the refund for me. She wasn't over the top or pushy, just anticipated every need I had before I even thought to ask. Extremely happy with her service and it really did help cushion the blow of my own stupidity.”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it. “I had the best help this morning when collecting my order especially from Margaret, Kate and Joe. These three staff members went out of their way to help me as I had been given a time of 7.30-8 am to collect, Margaret patiently guided me to customer services. Kate called Joe to get my order and he willingly went to collect it for me. Margaret offered to get me another trolley as the one I had was a bit stiff and veering to the side. Kate kept me company and made me feel better about seemingly coming to collect too early and Joe brought my order to me with no issues, even though the first collection should be 9am. The time I had on my email was as stated earlier. I feel I haven't really explained myself well in this statement, but I can't thank them enough and I know some people would say "they are just doing their job" but it was more than that to me, they helped me and were patient and I am so grateful.
