“Always helpful and will double check especially as on three occasions family prescriptions have been sent by GP to wrong pharmacy. The staff are often very busy but always take time to offer explanations about products. I posted this review some time ago, what a change since then. All new staff and very disorganised. It seems to be different people each time you go in and no one seems to have a clue. It's my nearest pharmacy and difficult to get to any others to pick up prescriptions or I would go elsewhere. I no longer buy anything as twice recently I have left. One person at the counter dealing with one customer for several minutes with 7 or 8 people in the queue. Several staff in the background but no-one came forward to help. Such a shame that such a good service has gone so far downhill.”
