“Overall, the experience was amazing and the staff sakina are very helpful and kind. She offered me a sample taste of the food which was considerate and accommodating. I did not have any problems and this review from Mr khan must have been false accusation as the staff had outstanding service.”
“First timer coming in for breakfast. Food was served quickly and everything was piping hot. Nicest breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, great job!!”
“This was a second visit to an Ivy Asia, I went to St Paul’s London and that was a great experience. Ivy Asia Leeds was a really lovely experience also, great for a special meal, I booked it for a 60th Birthday. Service, food and decor is first class. It is definitely worth a visit and fabulous surprise for a family celebration.”
“Had a lovely meal from the lunch menu. Chose Chicken Skewers to start, Fish and Chips and ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding. All food was very tasty, well presented and enjoyed! Forgot to photograph pudding but it was lush. Service very good and surroundings in restaurant pleasant.”
“Delicious starters and mains, with a wide variety of drinks. Had a range of Small Plates, including halloumi sticks and garlic and chilli king prawns, plus a range of mains, including the fish and chips. The food was so nice, I forgot to get photos of the main dishes we ate.”
“We loved having lunch at The Botanist! We really enjoyed the meat and the dessert, but one dish stood out — the cauliflower! It was incredibly delicious! We didn’t try it this time, but we saw that there’s an option to pay a fixed fee and get unlimited drink refills — it seems like a great choice to enjoy with friends. The service was excellent, and we would definitely go back!”
“First try at this place and was really impressed. The menu was tasty and healthy. I had the poached eggs on sourdough which was tasty and a fun mix of textures. Gf enjoyed the sweet potato hash. The matcha latte was great, not too sweetened. Decaf flat white was top notch. Friendly staff, good COVID measures (screens, wait at door to be seated), but I don't recall giving them my details for track and trace. Decor is well done if standard for a hipster place. Nice wooden floor, industrial ceiling - as you'd expect. High quality though. Would definitely go again.”
“Had several meals now over last couple of years, always consistently good. Is more Bangladeshi style, although other classics on the menu. Onion bhaji is excellent. Called in this evening, guys are so warm and welcoming. Really lovely, very hospitable and generous. Thanks :) 2 yrs ago - First takeaway since new management, great meal. Lamb melted in mouth, absolutely excellent. Bhuna sauce very tasty. Amazing bhaji and great chaat. Chapattis good too. Definitely the best in local area.”
“Excellent food, and very efficient service. Staff are like a well oiled machine working seemlessly alongside eachother. There's clearly some very good staff training in place here. Great customer experience!”
“Lovely food served by Stephen nothing was too much for him. Fast service food cooked perfectly, had chicken and bacon burger chips were delicious!! All for £7!! Tasty bargain with a great host and fab atmosphere, thanks TGI junction 27!!”
“An immense brunch experience, faultless from start to finish. Drinks were never empty and left wanting to come back asap! Phoebe was a wonderful server and the food was faultless. By far the best bottomless in Leeds !”
“The atmosphere was cozy here, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The coffee was fantastic. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a pleasant setting!”
“Thought the Turkish delight was their best pizza for years but the BBQ chicken pizza... oof banging! And of course the signature stir-fry donner is succulent and tasty as always.”
“The hot choc was luuuuuuush and the lady working (blonde hair not sure of her name) was so lovely and accommodating ”
“Honestly one of the best kebabs I've ever had”
“Not being vegetarian (and semi-literate) and being a fairly infrequent visitor to Leeds, I try to visit Brunch and enjoy one of their delicious bacon sarnies. I like to stake out a position at the staring window. Only criticism is I often get there too early and find them not open! Thankfully I've never had the staff look at me askance, so all good there...”
“Cool little cafe on the back road through town. Definitely worth stopping at for a coffee AND a sandwich, specifically the tomato pesto mozzarella toasty which was fantastic. I also got a lemon meringue cronut to take away and had it for supper… made the mistake of sharing it with my other half, should have snaffled it all on my own, it was brilliant. Good cafe, cool guy running the counter, nice food. Go in.”
“Everything about this little converted horsebox is fabulous! The coffee is amazing, it’s so clear from the off that Vinnie loves his coffee and knows what he’s doing on that front. The range of coffees (espresso machine based, aeropress, filter) teas and other hot drinks for such a small outlet is really impressive. The hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows is a real treat on a cold winter’s afternoon! They always have a good range of baked goods and interesting cold drinks too. Vinnie, the owner, is super friendly and always happy to make recommendations if you’re not sure. A walk along the river isn’t complete without a visit!”
“My wife and I have just had our Sunday lunch and we both really enjoyed it.Would certainly recommend a visit.Great service in a relaxed atmosphere.”
“Had a desi breakfast today really nice sholay puri and halwa best in town really recommend and service was great rang up and lady over phone said 15 mins which was spot on will be trying again”
“One of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had. Seems like a really nice owner too!”
“Would 10000% recommend The Hovels to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Josh was an absolute star from start to finish, he went above and beyond for us and the planning process could not have been easier. The whole team at the Hovels were lovely on the day and everything ran so smoothly. The venue and grounds are beautiful and the cottages round the corner are so handy too! The food was incredible, so many guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had and there was plenty to go round too so nobody was left hungry. We also really appreciated that there were no extra hidden costs after booking and we never felt pressured to add on additional extras either! We absolutely had the best day we could've imagined and were so happy with our choice to get married at the Hovels ❤️”
“If you're in Leeds, you have to try Babs Baps! Their breakfast baps are incredible. The food is always fresh, and the staff are super friendly. Each bap is cooked to perfection. Honestly, it's delicious and I can't recommend it enough. Give it a go!”
“Lovely place, always clean. Very good food, generous portions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you've often driven past and wondered what it's like, treat yourself next time and call in :)”
“A great start to my morning Coffee(s, 3 !) a lovely Oatmeal, raisin and Dark Chocolate Cookies and of course a very nice chat with Alina. Thank you.”
“You must visit STATION DINER HEADINGLEY. THE STAFF ARE SUPER FRIENDLY. AMAZING FOOD ALL ROUND THE MENU FROM BREAKFAST TO LUNCH. BEST EGGS AND BACON I'VE EVER TRIED AND THE STEAK CANADIAN FOR LUNCH ARE 10/10”
“We absolutely love Cafe Yoga. It's such a warm and welcoming space - Louisa and the team are lovely! The coffee is great and there's always a lovely sweet treat on offer. The outside space feels like being in nature and is a lovely space to spend time too. Would 100% recommend!”
“Really lovely bagel shop. The staff were very efficient and nice even when very busy. The place was packed with people queuing for the delicious food. We got a seat in the window and it was very cosy.”
“Friendly little corner café in the market. 3 tables inside that seat 6, so emphasis on 'little'! Offers takeout too. I had the spiced chai latté at £3.30 and a slab of lemon and poppyseed cake which had lovely, lemon-ny icing on top. Clean café. Reasonably priced. Handy for market and is centrally located.”
“Passed by Paula's and took away two Sunday Roast dinners. I was surprised how good it was. Delicious. The cakes are lovely too! Very clean place (especially during these times) with welcoming staff who are polite and friendly. I will be back!”
