“Boots the Chemist at the Merrion centre, Leeds, has been my 'local' pharmacy for a long time now. They have been consistently helpful and friendly, but never more than during the last 10 months during the pandemic. I very recently had a worrying and lingering issue and saw a pharmacist on four separate occasions. Each time I was treated with dignity, empathy, professionalism and wisdom, and which saved me having to attend my surgery, which is also under similar challenges. When i was with them I felt like all of their attention was on my worry and medical needs, in spite of all the demands on all of the staff during this time in particular. I am SO grateful to them all.”

Leo is a much happier boy now and we added our other 3 cats to our account as a result. We love the packaging and the applicator is easy to use - and most importantly, it works! :)”
