“Fantastic Experience at Odeon Leicester! Odeon Leicester is a great place to watch the latest movies. The theatre is clean, well-maintained, and the seating is very comfortable—especially the recliners in the Luxe screens. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, making every film feel immersive. Staff are polite and helpful, and the whole experience from ticket booking to the end of the movie is smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best cinemas in Leicester!”

“I went in for a drink pre lockdown on a couple occassions and could not fault the service or the friendliness of the locals that are there. Having recently found out that they now offered food I felt obliged to try it and can hand on heart say it was some of the best Indian take away I have had in Leicester! I noticed the venue had also had a makeover done it looks amazing, great space to go and relax. Can not wait for the lockdown to be lifted so I can go enjoy some drinks with my friends in the new bar.”

Served with such passion and loved hearing all about the history of this remarkable building. “I have visited Café Dido for my first time today. The staff who attended me was lovely, kind and very helpful. You can ask them about allergies and preferences without any issues. All the tables were clean and tidy. I had the quietness to enjoy my reading. The coffee was a very nice one and the food was tasty and filling. I would recommend this Café to everyone, a very nice spot in Leicester.”

It looks all modern now with clean furniture and you can actually see inside now Instead of the horrible net they had up in the window. “A lovely quiet, restful cafe, Staff are great and the lunches are fantastic. Home made Cakes, scones, panini etc washed down with fresh coffee. Couldn't be better. My wife and I go every Tuesday ( missed the odd one,away on Holiday) become part of our life. Easy Parking we walk as its only 10 minutes away from us. 2 of our grandchildren who live local, one of whom is disabled enjoyed it there, other Mums bring their children as there is activity items for them and a children's menu. SUTTON IN tHE ELMS CAFE a great place to go, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.make sure you check opening times It doesn't change but it is limited.”

“Xmas meal group booking on 10th December at the Friary .The booking was for 23 people who are not easily pleased !!!! The whole experience from start to finish was great . The standard of the meal &service provided by everyone was excellent especially under the challenging circumstances as it was the day of the world cup quarter finals . All of our party said it was the best meal we had eaten and that goes back many ye The table decorations and the reserved area of dining surpassed our expectations . The whole of the team were great from waiting staff to bar staff and not forgetting the kitchen staff behind the scenes .They were all very professional ,friendly and good ambassadors for your venue . Nothing seemed to much trouble for anyone . I can definitely say the whole of the team at The Friary went above and beyond for us We will not hesitate to use you for any future events and also for ad hoc visits /dining .”

“Went about 5.00pm. Not very busy at all - a blessing. 20% off home and Christmas currently. Bought a couple of nice bone china mugs (photo attached). Popped into the main cafe (not the one right by the entrance), very few people there either. I can recommend the smoked bacon sandwich.”
