“Boss pub , propper old school boozer , sticky carpets the odd scrap and beer prices you can't beat . Great atmosphere for the football , beer flying everywhere . Wouldn't take a firt date but one of the best locals you could get. If you want propper pub with atmosphere and characters. This is ya place”

“8 of us visited today for Christmas Dinner, the food was outstanding along with the friendly staff and the service was amazing too. Kids and adult meals where faultless, usually have Christmas dinner at another restaurant which was £30 more per meal and this was better by far! Highly recommend the burleydam brewers fayre”

“We held our company Christmas party here, for 70 people on the 9th December, and i just wanted to reach out to say thank you to the Impossible team. From my first enquiry to the final event, Rebecca was great to liaise with. She was efficient and promt in replying to any queries I had. On the night, she met us at the venue to assist us with our set up and everything was ready for us. Rebecca stayed to oversee the food service and then came to say goodbye to me before she left which was a nice touch. the dj (supplied by the venue) was excellent and very good at accepting requests from our team. They also assisted with our AV for our awards ceremony, which was very mich appreciated. Our team had an excellent night, thank you!”

“We stayed over for the night, having our check in made so easy by receiving a text a few hours with instructions before checking in allowed made it smooth for us after travelling a few hours. Dean made our stay the best possible by ensuring we had everything we needed. We did the tour of the stadium the following day which meant we were in the perfect location with it being across the road!”

“Went last weekend and it was great, the bar staff were really fast and service was quick even though it was really busy, special shout-out to Beth who served me and my friends she was lovely and the cocktails were really nice. Overall really good bar for a night out and really good music too! Will definitely be returning.”

“Went as a large group of 18 seniors at beginning of summer holidays for lunch.. We all had a set two course menu of a roast and apple crumble. Couldn’t fault food and service. Food was tasty, hot, and plentiful. A shout out for Lottie our waitress who was brilliant and understood that some people had special requests. We will be back again.”

“Let me start off the with room. The room was great, incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed in it, only thing it did have was wifi but that wasn’t much of an issue for me. Next to the staff, there was one woman, a rather kind, funny and helpful woman, who made me feel like I was welcomed into the arms of the hotel. I first spoke to her when she was running the bar (wonderful selection of drinks), we chatted for ages, this made me feel like I was welcomed, she even rang me when I left my wallet at the bar to let me know (not everybody would do that). In the morning I went down for my breakfast and she again approached me with a smile and provided me with one the best breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The entire point of my visit was that I was going out in the town, the hotel was so close to the town centre which made getting there and getting back so much easier.”

“They have the best salt&pepper chips I had so far in Warrington. Taste is amazing, there are an actual pieces of jalapeno and vegetable (unlike in some other takeaways). And the service is really quick. I recommend. Thank you for making an effort! :)”

“Just ordered 2 mixed meat kebabs. An hour half late delivery. Food was freezing. When I rang about late delivery man on phone said it just left shop 20mins later still not delivered. When Finnaly arrived we didn't get the size portion we ordered. They disguised the size by putting raw chips bottom of the tray to make it feel heavier and look bigger. Even our dog turned his nose upto it. When we rang up to complain we got no answer. This place is absolutely disgusting and as really gone down. Used to order from here every week never again will I recommend this place.”

“Have been in hospitality since the age of 18. Never done anything else, with the hope of one day having my own pub. Which I have had for over a year now with admiral Taverns. It hasn't all been smooth sailing but dealing with admirals has been good. But the praise has to go towards the area manager I have Greg Bedfordshire. He listens. And anything that is within his power to help with he will!! Honestly the guy has gone above and beyond with the levels of support provided. And you really do get a sense that he has your back. A year and a half in to our tenancy. And loving it. And appreciate the backing we have from the pub co. Jane and Claire at credit control as well, willing to help. Tough at times when they have to be but 100% fair!!”

“Tonight I ordered a Spicy Lamb and black bean sauce, and I have to say it was perfection. The food was noteworthy, abundant and more importantly, tasteful. The delivery was here before the set time, and the driver were very respectful and kind. Thanks for such a great service, Palace Chef. We'll definitely be ordering this again!”

“Booked a VIP booth for a hen party in the Manhattan room - staff on the door were lovely, our drinks were great with plenty of ice/glasses. Party sparklers in the champagne bucket on arrival, a nice touch. Staff regularly checked everything was OK for us and were really helpful. Great night of dancing till 3am on a race day we definitely made the most of it!”

“We always use JLA lounge whenever we travel from Liverpool. The staff are always really friendly and accommodating and it's good value for money. It's a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of food and drink on offer. You can't go wrong, we will always return on our visits and will always recommend.”

“After staying at a Britannia Hotel before and being disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.”
