“We visited as a group of 14 for a hen party on a busy Friday evening. Zeytin helped with our booking, pre orders, allowed us to decorate our table with balloons and accessories and gave our bride to be a fabulous welcome. The food was delicious, service was first class and nothing was too much trouble. All 14 starters and main meals came out seamlessly and staff were attentive with drinks. My partner waited over 10 minutes for a second drink. We will be back but we will probably get takeaway or visit on a less busy evening next time.”

“Really enjoyed our meal. Attended with my niece, daughter and grandchildren. Staff were really friendly and took the time to ask where we were from, and interacted with the grandchildren. Food was good and delivered swiftly. Price very reasonable averaging around £20 a head. Located on main high street so cannot park straight outside, but only a five minute to the car. Well worth a visit.”

The fillings are tasty, fresh, and generously portioned, the staff are great, and the sauces finish it all off perfectly. Also get a banging playlist if you sit in. Meeting my wife and having lunch here every Friday is genuinely one of the highlights of my week. Top tip if you get here before 12 you'll miss the worst of the queues”

“Really nice public house in an historic building within the town walls; they also have their own onsite micro-brewery with four of their ales on tap when we visited all of which were excellent. The staff are friendly and as we piled in as a group of eight they did their best to accommodate us despite us not having a booking (we had been let down by another pub in Chester that accepted our booking but when we arrived they stated that they didn’t have any room for us) , both for tables and food. The food was very well cooked with a good choice including vegan meals. All in all, a very nicely ran pub with pleasant staff, good ales and food; what more can you ask for?”

“We recently visited one of the most authentic Thai restaurants around, and it was fantastic. The service was very quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was genuinely authentic Thai cuisine. The fish cakes were the proper Asian type, not the usual British ones. The tom yum was full of flavor, and both the pad thai and the cashew chicken were excellent.The portions were amazing. We had the lunch set, which included two starters and a main for only £15/ £16 per person. The portions were very generous, even for us, and we can eat a lot! It's definitely worth your money, the food is authentic, and it's worth trying and coming back to.”
