βWe have visited this restaurant several times now and in my opinion itβs one of the best Chinese restaurants Iβve been to and itβs not as busy as you would expect but definitely one to recommend as a no frills restaurant but really nice foodβ
βAmazing food ! The chicken tikka masala was bang on Cooked. My daughter Abby had some chips and rice as she doesnβt like curry due to sensory reasons. We will 100% be coming back here a really friendly environment thankyou mangrove not to mention how cheap it was !!β
βWe decided to visit here tonight for a little treat, first time we have been, it was beautiful, the decor is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive, we were seated straight away and had our poppadoms and drinks within 5 minutes, we very much enjoyed our meal, my son especially enjoying the masala sauce as requested without meat, very happily accomidated. The bread was warm and the Currys were hot and delicious, the boys especially loved the little touch of the frozen ice in a glass making the effect of steam all over the table, very joyful. We are definitely going to go again.β
βWe came here as a group of 7 for Sunday lunch. Alice was attentive and explained the menu to us. The lunch menu is really good value for me and the portion sizes are good. There's parking around the streets but they aren't far from rhe restaurant. We'd come back here as there's lots to try on the menu.β
βThe food was superb. This was a great find. I really enjoyed it, thank you. The staff were very good also.β
βHonestly the best food Iβve had in a long time, the staff are attentive prompt and very friendly. The chef needs to give himself some serious credit as the food is always piping hot a fresh. Canβt fault itβ
βFantastic food, restaurant is beautifully clean and was so atmospheric for Valentines Day - even left a free rose to take home on the tables. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent range of menu choices. The meats are all high end and well cooked. Vegetarian options available, all very healthy and flavoursome. Very impressed and will be back again.β
βI just had a fantastic night out! Kirri was absolutely incredible and really made the experience special with her attentiveness. The food and drinks were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. I felt well taken care of, from the warm greetings to the friendly farewell. Can't wait to return for more fun and great service!β
βAs with all Premier Inns the beds are nice and comfortable. We just had one night here but it was great. Very good location, very central. Easy walk to the central Liverpool city area and Lime Street station is right across the road.β
βBrilliant staff, very quick service and fantastic food! 2 tapas for Β£8 or 3 for Β£12 - very reasonably priced; especially for the quality. Pictures are ham croquettes, forest chicken and fish goujons. Would highly recommend all 3!β
βBeautiful restaurent, locating the entrance was a bit daunting being alone but once I was inside, it felt like a hidden gem. There was an excellent efficient service with hard working young, polite gentlemen. The restaurant had a lot of character and beautifully decorated. The heating made the booth nice and cosy which made a big difference as it was near the enterence. The tables were clean and had very comfortable seats. Lovely range of curries, however there was no drinks menu but staff were well trained enough to let us know the available beverages. It would have been better with some background music as other tables got understandably very festive and loud. Overall we all enjoyed the food and will be back. The biriyani was amazing, one of the best ones I have had in a long while. The curries were all lovely but surprised that the tikka masala was unexpectedly sweet, tasted good still so I was happy.β
βReally good food and staff was so friendly and welcoming.β
βElif serve authentic grill meat in turkish style, their charcoal grill item is the dish that you must go for. I ordered a platter for around Β£20 with decent amount of meat and they taste amazing with the charcoal grilled aroma. The white sauce salmon is also great. Worth mentioning the staff are very friendly. Sometime you might need to queue.β
βIchi Noodle in Liverpool is my go-to spot for flavorful Asian cuisine. The βNagaβ dish is a standout, with its bold spiciness that suits Indonesian taste buds, while the Teriyaki Beef is equally delicious. The menu offers generous portions, even for regular sizes, with options like rice and noodles to satisfy various cravings. Fast service and consistently great flavors make this a must-visit for anyone seeking hearty, satisfying meals.β
βI recently visited this Syrian restaurant and was blown away by the authenticity and warmth of the experience. The food was exceptionally fresh, bursting with traditional flavors that took me straight to Damascus. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned β from the fragrant grilled meats to the rich, creamy hummus. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel like honoured guests. The atmosphere was cosy and inviting, with tasteful dΓ©cor that reflected Syrian culture. Itβs clear that a lot of passion and care go into every detail here. If youβre looking for a true taste of Syria, this place is an absolute gem. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.β
βWe had a fantastic experience at Las Iguanas. The food was absolutely delicious β fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy lunch. The service truly stood out: Aline and Jackson looked after us exceptionally well. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Everything was perfectly timed and we never felt rushed. An all-round excellent experience β highly recommended and we will definitely be back!β
βVisit Lime Street Central several times now. The bar is in a great location and has a big selection of drinks to choose from. The food is and I've always found the service to be excellent. Really enjoy the overall atmosphere, and will continue to return in the future.β
βDonβt be fooled because this place is situated on a motorway service station, the quality of the food and service is superb and has been for almost a decade. Iβve always been impressed by the cleanliness and service, a few more veggie options would be great or perhaps some mock meat but that aside a wonderful place for a curry possibly the best in Warringtonβ
βWe booked Cancello for a family pre Christmas get together for 16 people. Booking was straightforward and they asked us to pre order starters and mains the week before. On arty the welcome was warm and the table prepared perfectly. Everyoneβs individual choice was spot on and the quality of the food exceptional. We had 3 young children and a baby in our group, and the staff were lovely towards them. A great venue, lovely atmosphere and superb food. Highly recommended.β
βBriars Hall Hotel hosted a very large celebration of life service for me a few weeks ago which was attended by hundreds of people. The whole experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. So I want to say a massive thank you to all the management and staff at Briars who really took a lot of the stress away from me on an emotional day. The function rooms were beautifully presented, the food was excellent, the service was excellent. The planning and attention to detail to cater for the volume of people who attended was so professionally done. Throughout the whole process communication with Mark, Steve and other staff was superb. I've lost count of the amount of people who gave me amazing feedback on how good the celebration of life party was, though much of the credit should deservedly go to the management and staff at Briars Hall. It was a warm day and guests also made good use of the stunning outside areas of the hotel. I also had family from abroad staying overnight in the hotel who said their stay was excellent. Thanks again guys, I really can't thank you enough.β
βI would give more stars if I could! Me and my husband got a cosy table for two on a busy Saturday night. We loved the music and the restaurant smelled amazing. The first thing I noticed is how friendly and attentive the staff were. We ordered the platter for two and the bread which came as a started was out of this world fresh tasting and fluffy. The meat was juicy and seasoned to perfection which left me thinking about eating it every day. I honestly think this place is my new favourite restaurant and will be going back often. We ordered desert, baklava with ice-cream. The portions were perfect and service was quick and effortless. We both had a really positive experience so thank you to all the staff, front and back of house.β
βExcellent experience. Xmas eve . Set menu was delightful as could chose and speciality curry or starter. Well priced. Cozy atmosphere Friendly welcoming staffβ

βWe had a fairly early lunch on a Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was very welcoming, parking was ample, the service was attentive and the food was delicious. With the fire burning in the grate, it felt such a cosy place to be. Thank you!β
βA last minute decision & i decided to check this restaurant out instead of the one i was going to. I haven't eaten Chinese food for a while, and this place didn't disappoint. The food was tasty & hot, and the service was superb. Reasonably price too.β
βWe visited last night with a party of 9, we had an amazing time celebrating my dad's birthday, food was really amazing and large portions. the decor was comfy and cosy. The staff were very accommodating with the space they had, but worth noting if visiting with a wheelchair user there is no disabled toilets. The staff were very polite friendly and helpful.β
βI'm kicking myself that I have never tried this place for over 30 years. I'm not sure if it's the same chef, but now that I appreciate good food, the dishes I had here ticked the box! We were the only ones in which reduced the atmosphere. This place deserves to be full - fantastic food.β
βThe best Chinese restuarant. Situated on Queens road in Hoylake Felt very welcome with friendly service and excellent food. Eat in or takeaway. Value for money to. Well worth a try. xβ
