βABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Iβve been to Leoβs Italian Restaurant on a Saturday night, we booked a table for 3. The staff is very kind and supportive, the food is incredible. You can easily notice that their products are above the standard quality. The place is beautiful and elegant. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you want to make a great first impression with someone. The price is quite reasonable, considering the high quality of the service. Weβll be back for sure!β
βReally great, went for lunch with my husband. He had the fillet of steak and ribs for starters and I had goats cheese to start, caprese salad for main. Both were delicious! Atmosphere was lovely and waiting staff were great- would recommend.β
βReally great place. Felt really authentic.β
βUndoubtedly the best restaurant of any type in Poulton. Service is excellent and professional (unlike others) and with a personal touch. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Excellent cocktail waiter who knew all the recipes of traditional cocktails without having to look them up. He mixed the best Dirty Martini (two of them) I have ever had in UK, and I've swigged a few. (The best in the world is in a cafe in Pollensa, Mallorca).β
βSat here now. Really good food. Just had the all you can eat tapas (Thursday). Think itβs Β£15.95 per person. Staff have been great. Food has been lovely. Feeling very full and will be coming here again.β
βFirst things first, the aioli was the absolute highlight of the meal - it was incredible! We eat it quite frequently in my house and my wife is an expert at making it and this is the first time Iβve ever considered a restaurant to be on par with that - amazing! The calamari was nicely battered and crisp, the Spanish tortilla was wonderful, dense and flaky and the chorizo and clams in white wine sauce was equally flavorful. Iβm glad I ventured out of the hotel for this meal.β
βRuqiah provided fantastic service, the food was lovely and the very central location was nice. My favourite dish was the camembert, photo attached!β
βThe rooms were very clean. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Stayed here to do some sightseeing for a couple of days couldnβt fault them in any way. will definitely come back here. I think the lovely ladies on reception Laura and Michelle were incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile! Thank you ladies xβ
βIt was our first time in Liverpool and we chose to stay at our usual hotel- Holiday Inn- and we never went wrong. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts a great location, making exploring the shopping areas and the city easy. The service was superbβfriendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast, with a great view, was terrific, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What really stood out was the personalized touch throughout our stay. We came to Liverpool for graduation, and the hotel staff made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommended!β
βReally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Had a very warm welcome when we arrived. We booked a standard double Room which included breakfast.. Room was very clean, we didnt hear anything or see anybody on our floor(5th) Room was quite dark but that was its style. Bed was comfy and had no issues with the bathroom, we soon worked out how to flush the toilet!! All the staff we spoke too were freindly Breakfast had a lovely choice, nice to have hot food cooked to order and not sitting under a hot lamp with hordes of people getting in the way. Location was really good, short walk to museums and liverpool one. A bit further to Liverpool Lime Street, but the receptionist kindly offered to book us a taxi which turned up on time for our return journey. One tip get some taxi numbers from Reception. Try and avoid getting in a Black Cab we think we were ripped off big time. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Much better than the experience we had at a well known chain of hotels where we stayed 2 years ago. Would not hesitate to stay at Malmaison again. Also fantastic hotel to stay if going on a cruise ,right oppisite cruise terminal.β
βIn my opinion the best big bowl soups are here. Having tried big bowl soups from a few places in Liverpool Tokyo always comes out on top for service, food and consistency. My favourite is the tom yum with egg noodles and special which contains plenty of veg, char sui, king prawn in a big bowl. The tom yum broth isn't overly spicy like some place and the meats are always steamy hot and tender just what you needed on a rainy November night in Liverpoolβ
βUnbelievably tasty burger, one of the best I've ever eaten. Everything was fresh, good size portions, very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Plus we got a homemade dessert on the house. I'll definitely go back.β
βI will not have anyone talking trash about this place. Everyday I go there for my dinner and I love the Spicy Chicken Noodle which after telling her 14 times how too cook it, finally after 7 month sheβs got it right. The little sort that works there is so friendly, always having a little joke with me βowwww were iz wittleee townmyyyβ she is a little ball of Thai joy. I do agree with the last review regarding the veg. The meals have more veg than Mr McGregors garden in Peter Rabbit. If you want to moan about foot, go tβburger van outside Taskers 7:50 for burger and chips, burgers look like dot cottons lungs, and the woman behind the counter keeps the onions in her knickers. Leave her alone and help her small business or sheβll be back looking after crops in houses in Kirkdale. Reeet Petit Barry (48) St Helensβ
βThis restaurant may look small from the front, but it offers plenty of seating inside. The interior design is simple yet appealing, with a cosy atmosphere complemented by background music. There are many outstanding aspects of this place: the portions are satisfying for the price, and the food is incredibly flavourful. There is also a wide variety of menu options to choose from. The service is friendly as well.β
βLazeez is always banging food! With great service & ultimate pricing! I love ordering the lamb Quzi... Its always served very quickly and tastes delicious! A big plate of tasty rice, a whole naan, salad, a choice of sides (I like the aubergine the most) and a tender succulent bowl of lamb. I don't know why I'm not here every day! Your always greeted with a complimentary soup too which tastes delicious!β
βNew Capitol Chinese Restaurant in Liverpool's Chinatown is fantastic! The food is beautiful and we have never had a bad meal yet. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a lovely meal out or a large party for a special occasion. You will not be disappointedβ
βMy first time visiting for an 80th birthday party the other day, we had a lovely time. The food was very good, and the service was friendly, accomodating and amazing all-round . Our server, Jackie, went above and beyond for everyone there and she was absolutely fab. The chocolate orange martini also went down a treat as well!β
βReally nice gem of a cafe in Stanley Park. Plenty of seating space available. Staff are very friendly and on top of clearing tables and cleaning up the cafe as the day goes. Prices were very reasonable and the portion size was more than adequate. The steak and onion ciabatta was delicious, I would happily order that again. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.β
βThe pizza here was phenomenal, excellent quality which is nice as you feel like youβre still getting a premium type experience despite the fabulously casual vibe of the restaurant:) the prices of the pizzas were reasonable, around Β£12-14 from what I remember and were definitely worth it. My partner and I also tried the Iced Baileyβs Latte (a cocktail) which was stunning and something a bit different! Would really recommend coming here, it can get quite busy on a weekend so would also recommend booking just to be on the safe side! Overall an amazing experience:)β
βGreat food and atmosphere! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter Italian restaurant in the heart of Liverpool. The restaurant itself was gorgeous and the service was great! We really enjoyed our food too with no complaints whatsoever! 5 stars on all fronts!β
βI can Highly recommend this Italian restaurant if you are in Liverpool. Lobster ravioli was excellent. Lovely staff. We were going to a concert at Liverpool cathedral ( Heather Small). Only a few mins walk away. Will definitely be back.β
βRiva blu is one of our favourite restaurants and we went back for lunch last Sunday our server was so warm and kind and the food was amazing as usual. I forgot the name of our server but he definitely made our experience even better!β
βWe went there for a family lunch with our two little ones and honestly, we had the best experience - great food, lovely interior and excellent service. Little touches like water specially prepared for babies or spotlessly clean high chairs brought immediately to our table made us feel very cared of.β
βAmazing place. Had the mixed sushi platter as starter, was fantastic I had the lamb loin, was really really good, the flavour was fantastic the mint was mmmmm My partner had the chicken with chillie & garlic, that tasted delicious The side orders , egg fried rice, sauteed potato, stir fry veg, was bloody good too. The chef was incredible, dinner and a show. I've been many times , and they never disappoint. If you've never been, GO!!!!! It's not the cheapest tho, so bring your wallet. But the food is fantastic, and kids will love it too.β
βThe food here is fantastic and very tasty. The lamb chops and the ribs are really nice. The service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and tend to your every need. Highly recommend. These are pictures from two different times.β
βFinally booked for Sunday dinner as few people had said they were lovely. omg would highly recommend it was delicious we as a couple are quite fussy, itβs the roast potatoes for me and wow they were perfect, we went for the beef roast dinner and 100% be back again! The only thing I could criticise is were we sat it was a bit cold so had to sit with our jackets on whilst eating. But still wouldnβt put me off from booking again.β
βHighly likely 1 of the best chippy's in Liverpool. It is in West Derby area and has been a very popular take away. It is attached to the Chinese restaurant and really is a nice place to go get your food. It is a very busy chippy and people come from miles around to order here. It doesn't do deliveries. It also doesn't take card, its cash only. However, I don't know of any Chippys in Liverpool that take card. The staff are different here, they are typical scouse woman who are fast on their feet, and on the go. They're friendly but busy, which can come across as off putting. However, when you deal with the public you expect to experience all types of personalities. No messing around or falseness, just genuine personalities, who get the job done to get you on your way to the feeding frenzy at home. I'd say the name of the chippy signifys why its name is what it is, as you do get jumbo size portions lol The FOOD IS ALWAYS SPOT ON and I most definitely recommend you try here.β
βI attended tonight on a recommendation ftom.a friend in work, what a lovely restaurant. Staff were lovely, attentive, food was amazing, has a nice feel.about it relaxed. One of the group has good allergies & they were amazing with this, spoke to the chef and she was accommodated without any problem. The early bird menu is so good and brilliant prize, portions are great. I will be back very soon, I highly recommend trying it.β
βWe just had a takeaway from here and it was absolutely delish. Particularly recommend the Peshwari naan and the lansuni lamb (had a nice kick). I had the Bhutwa chicken and was also delicious. Good portions and the meat was beautifully cooked. The seasoning really made the food stand out, really well blended and chosen spices. We will definitely be ordering again.β
βi visited ego today with a group of 6 friends and we had a lovely time. From the moment we arrived,,the staff were welcoming, attentive and made us feel relaxed. everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble The food was absolutely delicious- everyone at the table loved their dishes and portions were generous. Drinks were great, the atmosphere was lively without being too loud and service friendly and professional. We all said the same thing : weβd definitely come back.
