I have not had any negative experiences with receptionists although my interactions have been short and brief. Another bonus is it's not difficult to find parking and if your lucky you may get a space directly outside the medical practice. “For the first time since I’ve used the King’s College Hospital outpatient pharmacy, I arrived in this situation: no one was in the “drop your prescription” or “collect your medication” waiting line—it was~ 18:45. I could go directly through but was asked to wait until my collection number appeared on the screens. I confess that I devised a task to reduce my waiting time: I left for my grocery shopping in a nearby supermarket, and when I returned 60 minutes later, I could walk in directly—again, there was no queue. I was out a minute later with my meds and spent only three minutes overall on the outpatient pharmacy grounds. I know this isn't possible for everyone, but I'm happy about the far more relaxed process at the outpatient pharmacy, where I sometimes waited two hours or more throughout the last few years.”

“I love this store. My family love it too. I always look forward to my trips here. This place has everything you need for your weekly shop and is open very late. Going inside is an experience I love to do. The staff are very caring and welcoming and go out of their way to provide superb customer service. My family love spending hours discovering new well priced things on the aisles here. I try to visit once a week but it is often that I end up coming three or four times as they just have everything inside. As they once told me “if we don’t stock it then it is not worth having” and i fully agree. They take all forms of payment and the friendly caring manner of all staff makes me miss them all as soon as I have walked out. They also have a brilliant parcel service here which is always thriving and it is much much better than the slow dirty limited hours post office down the road. This store truly is a shoppers paradise!”

They always offer an empathetic ear and usually give out great medical advice. They have been fantastic even during Covid and afterwards. The doctors listen carefully and sometimes pick up on things we don't even think of. they are encouraging and supportive and there are a variety of doctors to choose from. The nurse has also been great especially to my mum who is diabetic. We get seen immediately at or slightly after our appointment times. There are no long waits.We also knew the old senior Doctor Goriparthi and I am happy to see how his son Mr Ravi Goriparthi has expanded the practice.”
