“I have been registered for few years in this practice and I must say that everyone is so polite and helpful especially Richard who is the vet that I dealt with regarding my cats. He spayed my cat and in my view he’s amazing veterinary. The operation was so clinical and minimum cuts were made and not even noticed any stitches or swelling and my cat healed within days. Well performed Highly recommend this practice and a great veterinary. Very pleased and happy with their service. Thank you”

The fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff are truly first class, treating every visitor like a friend and always going above and beyond no matter how minor the reason for the appointment. “If I could give more than five stars I would. To say they are amazing is an understatement and Sarah and Wendy are so helpful. This is what a vet’s surgery used to be like and we are so lucky they have suck to the old principals. We were so upset when Mr Carmichael passed away and wondered what would happen. This week our English bulldog had a problem when one side of her face swelled up and we needed to visit the clinic. The new vet was wonderful and of course so was Sarah and Wendy. They don’t try to sell you everything and their bills are so reasonable. I would recommend anyone who needs a vet to go to this clinic and they will not be disappointed. The end result is Harrie our bully is ok now.”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“I fostered a dog from Islington's Dog Wardens through a local charity "All Dogs Matter," and this is the Vet's that they use. My French Bulldog was seen by Josh and treated for several ongoing issues. I later rehomed the dog, "Izzy," and will probably continue using this vets even though I live in Upper Holloway a 263 ride away. I'm getting Izzy spayed there next Tuesday. Josh seems to be a very caring and compassionate Vet, with a deep knowledge of animals. He is especially good with French Bulldogs, and complaints the breed experience.”
