The zip line bit expensive 3 host for £12 if you have several kids but nevertheless kids had a wonderful time. Would love to see a more baby friendly area from the soft play with accessibility for people with disabilities. The food and drink where great quality we enjoyed the mac and cheese bites and chicken tenders yum yum!”

“Great place to sunbathe and swim on a warm day - does get v busy on peak heatwave days so I prefer to go on quieter days. Large pool with lane swimming available for the serious swimmers. Staff and lifeguards always friendly. Reasonably priced. Toilet and changing facilities reasonable and ice cream sold on site. Take change for parking.”

“We used London Essex Outdoor Living to order and install our first ever swim spa and pergola. They were very reliable, informative and helpful to fulfill our needs. Mark and Raffaele were particularly helpful, and always on hand if we had a question or a thought about the set up of our swim spa. “Purchased at a garden show at Beaulieu in June. Great deal! 3-piece corner seating; glass-topped, height-adjustable table; bench stool; reclining chair. Comfortable seat height and back-rest height (not infants school seating!). Substantial seat pads and back cushions, none of your 2" thick stuff! Good communication regarding delivery timings. Delivered as agreed, promptly and well wrapped. Absolutely delighted with it!”

“A lovely space for kids of all ages, and a really nice way to spend a few hours on these hot summer days. There’s some natural shade, a water fountain and the nearby cafe has toilets, as well as serving ice cream, food & coffee until 5pm(ish). The pool is really well maintained by volunteers. Hope we can enjoy it for years to come!”

“An absolute lovely pool, the people are incredibly nice, the showers are lovely. Been coming here for 6 years and there is no complaints for this lovely and welcoming group. My only thing is that whenever I try to call the reception to see if they have any family fun sessions, half the time no one answers. But apart from that little thing a really nice place for you or your family.”

“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“Lovely pool, it is split into a main pool and learner pool so that’s nice for swimmers. Lane and general swim available. My daughter has swimming lessons here and the standard of teaching is high. The kids are pushed enough to be competitive but not so much that it’s negative competition. There are windows down two sides of the pool so when the sun is low you get beautiful dappled light in the water which feels lovely to swim in. One of the most unpretentious swimming pools around! Check it out next time you want a swim!”

“Really friendly staff all around, from in the gym to the receptions to life guards. Facilities have always been clean and car park is usually full when I go, however there are always people coming in and out, I find usually on the hr is when spaces open up, at 11 at 12 at 1 etc.”

“Perfection! Absolute experts. Highly recommended. We just had a 12m x 6m outdoor pool designed and constructed by Falcon Pools (finished in May 2023). Tiled with electric pool cover, UV cleaning system and swim jet. Our experience with the company and with every member of the team has been wonderful - they are truly experts in their field and more than that, absolutely charming people. We had a high water table, a slope and running sand (ie: difficult conditions) - I'm not sure any other pool company could have coped. Falcon has decades of experience, across all types of conditions - so they overcame every challenge and delivered an absolutely stunning end-product. Falcon offers an ongoing pool maintenance service if you wish, we signed up, and enjoy having a weekly check-up and clean - it's not necessary though and you can always DIY if you wish. It's all so easy and pleasurable dealing with this company - exactly what you want when making an expensive purchase! They are very booked-up (currently building around 45 pools I understand), so get in quickly with your enquiry and don't jump-in with another provider until you've at least met with Falcon and seen one of their pools. “Fantastic splash park, well maintained. We visited over the weekend for the first time 2 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend. Even though it was very busy, the splash pool area could manage the amount of people and it didn't seem overwhelming. Free to enter. It is gated with only 1 gate open so helpful with families with multiple kids. There was a splash park supervisor with a highvis jacket. There are public toilets located within the gates which were clean. Within the gates is the splash park itself, public toilets and a small kids play area with swings.”

“Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”

“Our pool is without doubt the best thing we have ever bought for the family. We use it everyday, the heater and filter system we bought with it is fantastic and so quiet. It looks so smart in our garden and is the talk of the neighbour hood! The wood looks amazing and is so solid. The rubber liner is soft to touch. We have had 6 people in it so far and there is still lots of room to move about in. It is a lovely height perfect for the kids and adults. I would Highley recommend these guys to buy a pool from, the transaction and information about what else we needed was amazing. Thank you guys so very much. A happy family means a happy mum!”

“Our son had a fantastic 1st year at a nursery at Kids in Motion, where he learned a lot, he made friends and he got very close to the staff. We moved away from the area so we couldn’t really keep him there longer, but even though more than 2 months have passed, he still mentions Alice and the rest of the staff. The team is doing a great job with many fun, educational activities and celebrations planned. We loved receiving photos every week and getting a good amount of information on our baby’s development.”
