On a cake I paid 25p more”

He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced. He’s also really helpful, On top of that, he keeps the shop clean, well-stocked, and open late, which shows he cares about the community. His positive attitude makes the off-licence feel more than just a shop.”
