“Me and my partner and 2 kids arrived here and was made to feel extremely welcome by all staff members , they have so much respect and are so polite. Rooms are clean and you feel safe here. One member of staff is my favourite and that is Samira she has helped me and my family a lot when I've been feeling down and she is there to listen if ever need to talk. She is a credit to the Hala hotel and is extremely good at her job for caring for everybody.”

“We have been to the court house for drinks a few times and have always enjoyed it and been pleased with the service. Me and my partner came in for a meal and some drinks the other week, we had a lovely waitress and bar tender called Crystal. She was very attentive, polite, and ensured we were happy with our meal and drinks. She was very hard working and made some lovely cocktails. The Court house is quiet in the week so a good place to go for a meal if you aren’t into busy restaurants. There is also a nice place out the front of the building to sit if the weather is nice.”

“Fantastic venue. We had a 2 day golf event here. The course and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the evening meal very good. It has a separate area for the golfers to eat and drink which overlooks the gold course (although breakfast area is shared with the hotel). A few used the spa area which they said was very nice. Service was good.”

“Great Atmosphere, only downfall was the function room pumps were not cold enough to serve the right temperature for lager, eg Crystal. Gold, Diamond. We had to use the main room to be served.....”

“Me and my grandparents stayed here for a weekend, we had one accessible room and one double room. The rooms were clean, the staff were absolutely lovely, and so accommodating, and the location whilst near a main road is perfect for going towards the city centre without having to stay right in the centre. The breakfast had a good range of choice from cereal, to fruit to toast and a fry up sort of thing. The man in reception on both the Friday night and the Saturday was absolutely amazing and I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he deserves all the praise as he was just an absolute joy and definitely made the time spent any time sitting down in the bar area worth every second. Overall it was an amazing stay, and I quite liked the old style feel of it with the key instead of the typical card you swipe, made my grandparents feel at ease knowing it was a key lock”

“Stayed for a night for a conference in Manchester but didn't want the hustle and bustle.of Manchester city centre. We were greeted by a great guy named Ste in reception who was so welcoming and made us laugh. We ate in the bar and had a couple of drinks, nothing was too much for Ste, he even popped into the kitchen to find me some orange slices for my Blue Moon beer! Fantastic service. Would stay again. More hotels need a Ste too!”

“Fantastic hotel. As a corporate, I've stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say that the village cheadle is the best in terms of service, attentiveness / friendliness of staff, food quality is top quality, gym and spa facilities excellent. Im a member of David Lloyd and I can tell you the quality of the gym and spa at the village cheadle is on a par to DL at a fraction of the price. Village cheadle is 3* hotel but in my opinion it far surpasses the other 4* hotels in the vicinity”

“The staff are very friendly and open-minded. The room itself is very nice and has been renovated, and the bathroom has also been modernized. High praise for the ladies down at the bar, which also serves as the reception desk. On my first evening, I asked for a new room because the ventilation was too loud, and I was promptly given a new one. Breakfast was good aswell. A good experience :-)”

“I recently stayed at the Cresta Court Hotel and had a delightful experience. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a menu offering a variety of delicious options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. My room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The staff at Cresta Court Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The team went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. Overall, the combination of great food, clean accommodations, and friendly staff made for a memorable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.”

“I have stayed at a few Holiday Inns now (with my work), I know this one from way back, and a few acquaintances I know have not had good things to say about this one in Warrington. They must have stayed at a different Holiday Inn. When I walked in to reception you could tell it was very clean and tidy very professional and quick check in. Off to find my room, and it was superb when I got in. Spacious, spotless and just at the right temperature. It was a pleasure to not have to be disappointed. Had a nice evening meal in the restaurant, with good service despite it being very busy in the hotel this night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of things on offer. The staff worked hard and where very chatty and informative, nice to see smiling happy faces first thing in the morning. Food was piping hot, tea or coffee was available neatly immediately you sat down. Other drinks also available if you do not drink tea and coffee. Tables where really clean an no marks or sticky residues from previous cleaning, someone works hard here keeping this place clean. Top marks for everyone here. I will stay here again on my next trip down. Holiday Inn, just need to repeat this winning formula at Warrington to a few other of the hotels elsewhere.”

“What a great hotel. From a friendly greeting at check in, to a great room then such a good value breakfast and again such happy and helpful staff. I use BandB hotels in France so was not expecting much here. And wow the rest of the chain in Europe need to copy the great standards the Warrington location displays. Easy to drive to Manchester, just 20 min down the road.”

“The cottage is much above the standard. Very clear and tidy. The owner is very kind and helpful. The area is stanning. Lots of beautiful walking and hiking routes around. And the nearby villages are lovely. Highly recommended!”
