“What a great premier inn. I stayed in one of their premier plus room and had such a good sleep. From easy check in from the friendly staff to the tasty great value breakfast. Rooms are clean, no noise and great bed. Location is also fantastic.”

“Really clean and in a quiet area. Large comfy room with no carpet on floor (big bonus). Friendly staff. Breakfast included, bagels, toast, yogurts, juices, fruit etc (no cooked breakfast). Bus stop just opposite the entrance with direct lines to Manch Victoria”

I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. “So I called into Well Pharmacy this morning to get my husbands meds. I was feeling pretty ill sore throat,temperature the usual winter cold symptoms. The thought of going through the rigmarole of the current triage system at Mosslands filled me with dread so how relieved I was that I was offered the Pharmacy First option to see Sonia the Well Pharmacist. Five minutes later after consultation came out with Antibiotics and pain relief. First class service from the Well Pharmacy team. Thankyou so much”

“Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced . “We stayed here for the Christmas Markets and the Pete Tong event at the AO Arena. Staff were excellent, the room was great. The bar is open until 5am, and you can order food until then also. The location is great too.”

All really high quality and well priced, with added convenience of being able to grab them on a daycare pick up or call in on a Saturday before our walkies! Poppy's belly is definitely happy you've opened!”

Alberto, one of the supervisors is also fabulous, incredibly welcoming and helped us to feel at home here and also compliments to Moe in the on site office who assisted with parking and is always happy to help everyone! We're at the Trafford location; the apartments are modern and chic, incredibly clean and really spacious - brilliant! Gabriella”
