Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! We were looking for a specific heel and colour shoe for a wedding outfit and every one of the staff couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond!
