Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse. “I can’t thank Yew Tree Vets enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Buddy. He recently had to have his tail amputated, and from start to finish the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Buddy is quite an anxious dog, but they were so patient and gentle with him, helping to put him at ease throughout the whole process. A very special mention to Ocean, the vet who carried out his surgery – she was absolutely amazing and made sure Buddy was cared for every step of the way. Her kindness, skill, and compassion made a difficult experience so much easier. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided – Buddy is recovering well thanks to them. “Attended for my dog's booster. Greeted by two friendly receptionists and seen on time. Chelsea, the vet, gave a thorough examination and talked through any concerns and asked regarding Poppy's general well being, once happy with her, she was given her booster and some medication. Cost was within what I had budgeted for and wholly happy with our visit, as was Poppy whose tail never stopped wagging.”

“Only been a few times but staff seem very efficient. Was having a nightmare with Tesco pharmacy as they wouldn't dispense teva brand thyroxine. Kept telling me it was GP error and vice versa. Changed to scout moor and no issue at all. All my levo is Teva which is great as I do feel better on that brand of medication. Love the other bits and bobs for sale in the pharmacy and the lay out works. They also have seating for those who need to sit down while they wait.”

“I wouldn’t trust another vet practice! PetMedics have been a continuous support for my dog who has been chronically ill since a puppy (now nearly 10!). Care, expertise and customer service is second to none. Always happy to work with Lola’s comfortability, and take into consideration her special needs whenever administering treatment. She has been recently hospitalised due to a viral infection and again has made a full recovery after excellent healthcare provided by Dr Ben and his entire team at both worsley and Elysia up at Walkden. 10/10 recommend.”

“The staff here are amazing, lovely little practice, still fairly new so not too busy. This practice is linked with Ashleigh Vets in Chorlton which is larger, and has a great reputation, they have vets that specialise in exotic animals so they really know their stuff. 100% recommend”

When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. He listened to my concerns, valued my input, and worked with me as a partner. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. It felt like Rainbow was given a second chance at life. Thanks to the team, I celebrated Rainbow’s 16th and 17th birthdays—precious moments that were like a gift. Though we didn’t reach his 18th, I’m so grateful for the time we had. In his final days, especially the very last one, Dr. Emily and the team were incredibly kind and gentle. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Park Vet to anyone. They’ve also cared for my four dogs with the same dedication, and I trust them to keep my dogs healthy and happy for years to come. Dr. Archie and his team don’t just care for pets—they care for the people who love them.”
