“Great shop for all your essentials for pets. Our Shih Tzus love the AVA Advanced Nutrition kibble for Shih Tzus and the pate in the tin. No issues at all with them refusing to eat which has happened with other brands in the past. They also drink more now as well which is good.”

“I cannot recommend this kennel enough! After a two week stay, the dogs came back just as happy as when I left them and in perfect condition. The owners have been amazing by supporting my dogs complex medical requirements and I ensuring all of her needs have been met. They couldn’t have done more. I over booked the dogs stay by one night by mistake and I turned up earlier than expected. Both dogs were handed back to us with all their belongings clean and looked after within minutes and nothing damaged. It’s important to say that I had a very poor experience with a local kennel last year so I was very concerned about leaving my dog this year. After they’d stayed in the previous local kennels, both my dog and my parents dog came back in very bad condition and had lost a lot of weight due to “stress” even though all their food had gone and a lot of their belongings damaged/missing. This year however in the hands of Mount View Farm it was a COMPLETELY different story. So if you’re going away and worried about leaving your dog… you don’t have to in the hands of Mount View Farm. Thank you so much and I’ll be using your kennel services again.”

“I visited the Vets with my cat Blackee on Wed 08/10/25 at 3.30pm for a 6 month health check, and was taken early as it was a quiet time. The lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful explaining about the Pet Health Club. I said for now I would pay as I went along as I wouldn't be using the services provided for the moment. The Vet/Nurse was helpful with Blackee's health - at the moment he is healthy and full of vitality for his age of 12. I explained that my other cat Ginny is doing really well on the joint supplement YuMove suggested by the Vet on her previous 6 month health check, as a few weeks ago she was struggling with her hind legs. Everyone at Mount Road Vets is very kind and gentle with the pets people take in, they really care how they are doing and the makes me feel confident in taking all my pets over the past few years, there. I asked for a cloth/tissues to clear up. He said "no problem" and walked away, I assumed to get a mop. He came back with a 'wet floor' sign and said "I'll sort it". I'm sure mine wasn't the first.”

“This is for the reception staffs snd the vet - Manasa who have helped us tonight. There was a delay at first due to a pet being put to sleep, however the staffs made sure they informed us of the situation and even offered us drinks while we waited. This is already beyond being “proactive”. The vet - Manasa, she is the best vet we have ever seen in the UK. Very knowledgeable, quick in diagnosis, keep us well informed with the situation and reminded us on the medication. We were well advised and Manasa have gone above and beyond with our situation. If management is seeing this, the receptionist and the vet truly deserve shoutouts.”

“Could not recommend the team highly enough. My cat was seriously ill when she came in to them and they did everything possible to help and take care of her. She needed x-rays, blood tests and several courses of treatment but each one was explained fully and clearly so I knew what was being done and what risks were involved. They even dealt direct with my pet insurance to process everything for me which was great.”

“I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”

Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats.
