“Absolutely awesome place!! We had the best time. We used the pool (private hire), they have toys and life vests available. Also popped into the daycare centre which is essentially activity land for dogs. Fantastic staff. Honestly, couldn’t fault it at all. Will 100% be back.”

“Mostly fantastic, the selection of restaurants is great, the lodges have a very nice social area and good facilities. The only thing I found to be an issue was that the Subtropical Swimming Paradise isn’t quite up to the level of Elveden Forest’s in my opinion, as it lacks a saltwater lagoon (mostly negated by the lazy river being saltwater) although there being more large flumes is great, and I get that this can’t be easily changed as it is a central feature. Overall a great Center Parcs resort.”

“I just wanted to acknowledge the amazing experience we had with Acorn House recently when our little dog Bailey had to have eye surgery and a dental scale and polish. The day of the surgery was positive and well managed and we had our boy home quickly. Unfortunately he was anxious and unsettled afterwards and managed to get his stitch out. All staff were amazing, patient and very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend.”

“Just back from an epic day at the Herring Green farm. My family and I had booked my husband an eagle experience which I would highly recommend. The falconer Erin was fantastical she took time to show us so many of the eagle and some eagle owls. My husband held and flew the massive beautiful birds and really enjoyed his experience. We had young children with us and there was lots to play on and keep them amused. All staff were very welcoming and friendly We went on a Sunday and it was very quiet which was perfect for us to look around.”

“My two kittens went into be spayed. The reception staff overheard me comforting my 3 year old son saying we would be back to collect them (he was scared they wouldn’t come home because last time we was at this branch we left without our darling Marvin as he didn’t make his car accident) The reception staff were amazing. They asked my son for his name and what our kittens names are. Promised to take pictures of them when awake and eating and send over to me. They even put FOA: of my son’s name in the subject of the email. This will be something I’m forever grateful for. The overall experience with my cats being spayed and process was amazing. I honestly would recommend Boness everyday of the week to pet carers!”

If there is a problem with GP repeating prescription or supply, we are immediately informed and still quickly dealt with. “Incredible pharmacy! Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and supportive. I’ve been using this pharmacy for over a year and never had any problems. I’ve dealt mostly with Denise, who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help & make sure all my medications are ordered and dispensed correctly. I have a complex health condition and this support is truly invaluable! I know I can pick up the phone, and at a moments notice, there will be happiness and help on the end! They offer free delivery of medications too which helps enormously when I am too unwell to collect my medication. The drivers are always happy and helpful. There’s never been a time that I’ve dealt with someone in the pharmacy and left unhappy with the service. Whether it’s a vaccination, repeat meditation or an off-the-shelf item, theres always someone happy to help and the service is 10/10!! The pharmacy itself is usually clean and tidy and free of clutter too! There is convenient parking outside the front which helps I would highly, highly recommend this pharmacy and give huge thanks to all of the team who make the (sometimes arduous) task of medication taking, that little bit easier and nicer”

“Absolutley lovely cottages. 14 of us were down for a fishing trip. Honestly, these cottages were perfect for us. Had everything you could ask for. I would not hesitate to go back to these amazing cottages. The living area was great with an open-plan living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was more of the same, clean and tidy, and the shower was amazing too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will hopefully be back again soon”

“While we went away Jo has taken care of our two boys. They are so chilled and happy on our return, I can tell they have been really well cared for. Jo has kept litter and cat food areas tidy and has even changed bins and offered solutions to give meds to one of our cats. They have responded really well to her and she obviously loves cats as they seem completely content. We needed to keep them away from stress due to a medical condition and Jo has given us the solution we needed. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!!!”
