“In a world of Costas and Starbucks, it was so nice to find a quaint traditional cafe/coffee shop in the heart of Wroxham. Very friendly staff and dog friendly too - our Chihuahua loved the staff and they loved her too. Nice coffee and a great selection of cakes including some very tasty Easter treats such as creme egg scotch eggs and brownie filled Easter egg halves. They do a full menu as well which other diners appeared to be enjoying. Well worth a visit.”

I had asked for the bacon to be cooked until crispy, and when it arrived it was perfect - lots of crispy rashers smothered in HP sauce….absolutely delicious! “There are loads of good food places on Norwich market but today I chose Coral Bay. I went for the brown stew chicken. Quick service, generous helping and really tasty. Great value at £8.50 for the medium size. Would definitely recommend”

“Had a fabulous lunch. Our server was David, big shout out for his politeness and quick service. I would say the food was better than other Italian restaurants in the area. Well worth a visit. Loved the fact you could eat outside, and it wasn't noisy. Good selection of beverage.”

“Myself and my partner went to Cremer's Meadow Nature Reserve then wanted a bite to eat and having googled where to eat we decided to come here. We both had a Steak bake which were delicious once warmed along with a lovely cup of Cappuccino. The restaurant is upstairs and has plenty of room. It also has a big balcony with views of the boatyard which doubles as a smoking area, plenty of chairs and tables and a nice garden for the warmer months, again dog friendly with a little pond. There is also a car park and toilets, you can also take food away. This place only opened last year!.”

“Really recommend this place, tasty food, fast service and really friendly staff. They have good gluten free and vegan options and are very accommodating to allergies. My only criticism is the burgers are quite small for the price”

“The Belle Vue is back! Been waiting for the roasts to return! Not disappointed ! It was delicious . Proper crispy roast potatoes, quality gravy, vegetables. My lamb was so tasty, with homemade mint sauce and my son had Pork with extra crackling! We couldn’t fault a thing! Thoroughly recommend to anybody will definitely be going back!”

“Moved to Blofield Heath in July 2024 and went here. Didn’t like what we had. Don’t know if they have changed ownership, but the fish and chips are now superb. We’ve been going almost fortnightly and the standard is high, and the people are really nice and friendly. And my wife says, the batter on the fish is always crispy without fail.”

“Great decor and location next to river, cocktail's quite sweet and not at a top level but came here for food which was very nice and plenty on plate for what you pay. Staff very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Unable to score on atmosphere as was a late lunch so was a bit quiet, would definitely return for an evening meal.”

“Absolutely fantastic place and my new favorite in Norwich. The food is scrumdiddlydumptious, beer and cider great and staff are fast, friendly and just what you need on your day out. I like that not only the food is amazing but it's also different to your standard English pub menu that tends to be same everywhere else. Perfect for meat, seafood and potato lovers and has veg options too. Dog friendly and as it has the baby changing board it's also baby friendly.”

“What a fantastic place this was for Norwich city centre with a hard working long suffering director who even paid her way through Covid to stay open. Our cities small independents similar to this have a bleak future ahead as the burden of an increased VAT bill is the result of price increases to cover the forced minimum wage increase, higher taxes and raw material costs. To be brought down by this mess of scaffolding seems an absolute tragedy and certainly an exit with no dignity- but does prove that our independents are disappearing fast.”
