βDelicious food and happy to see a place that hospitality still exist ! They been really attentive to us as we had a βin the windowβ table ! I can totally recommend!β
βHighly recommend visiting Brick if the opportunity presents itself. Ordered the Pizza Napoli & Dough Balls (with garlic butter) - see pics. Service was fast & efficient, inside was clean & well-maintained, & the food itself was just something else. 5 stars.β
βLarge selection of Pizzas. Enjoyed a quality authentic pizza, with good friendly and efficient service. I would recommend eating at Donnelli's Pizzeria. Easy to book via their website and receive a confirmation email of the reservation.β
βAbsolutely loved this place. A real hidden gem in the centre of Norwich. Feeling spontaneous on a Friday evening. I called half an hour before to see if they could accommodate my wife and I for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they managed to squeeze us in at the last minute. The food is absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced. We opted to share a mix of various small plates and everything was delicious, well presented and served promptly. The drinks offering is decent so my wife opted to try a glass of the Plum wine while I stuck with the familiar Sapporo. We were so blown away by the plum wine we decided to share a bottle. It is the perfect drink to have whilst savouring the delicate flavours of the food, a wonderful balance of dry, sweet, tangy and fresh. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. We will be returning again in the very near future.β
βLoved this pub. Right on the river what a magnificent setting. The Sunday lunch was tasty and big, no corners cut. So relaxing watching the boats go by and our dog enjoyed it too paddling in the overspill from the river Highly recommendedβ
βThis is the best Indian I have had. It was an absolute pleasure to dine at The Merchants Of Spice 2 Norwich, Norfolk. A real authentic warm ambiance, I loved the music & the big round table we had was perfect for the six of us.The food quality is unmatched, really clean feel, The tika platter is a must the lamb Rogan josh was superb also. The naan was perfect with a slight toasted bottom, quite unique & tasted lovely. The service second to non, staff polite & more than ready to help us. Nish the owner was up front & center he can be very proud of his restaurant, this is number 2 I believe & I have no doubt theyβll be a number 3 in the future. Thank you for a great night. Oh also I must add thereβs a very big spacious car park which was lovely because normally thatβs the biggest nightmare. Was lovely to have onsite parking. We traveled in two cars so that was a big help.β
βI had a fantastic mother's day meal at the White Horse today with dear friends and my two teenage children. We were greeted by the new landlord with complimentary prosecco and a truffle style chocolate for the mum's that were dining. We all had a fantastic 2 course meal. There was a wide range to choose from and the pricing was incredibly reasonable with two courses for approx Β£25 3 of our diners chose the roasts, my son had venison and I had the sea bass and saffron prawns. My overall favourite was the starter, it was simple, delicious and cooked to perfection. I've attached a photo We then sampled their new cocktail menu, the teens had the mocktails and I had a sex on the beach and an espresso martini for dessert. It was such a nice treat to have a glass full of cocktail as opposed to a glass half filled with ice (which seems to be the norm nowadays) All the staff were really friendly and attentive, it really did feel like a special treat in a relaxed atmosphere! Thanks everyone! Looking forward to eating with you again soonβ
βWe were upstairs, very nice. Food delicious and they were very accommodating for our fussy lot.β
βBest burger Iβve had in Norwich 100%!! Iβve tried all the others but nothing was close to what MotherChip had to offer. I had the triple smash burger with DrPepper pulled pork loaded fries. Honestly go try it !!β
βA gem in the city! The food was tasty and the portions were generous, the concept of dishes to share is a real plus. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere will make you feel good. Weβll certainly go again when we come back to Norwich!β
βAn absolute gem in Norwich! We visited on a sunny day and opted to sit outside with a perfect spot for a leisurely brunch. The beetroot gnocchi was insane! 100% recommend - nothing short of favour. The staff were friendly, attentive, and added to the overall positive experience. Whether youβre a local or just passing through Norwich, this place is a must-visit for anyone looking for innovative brunch options. Highly recommend!β
βLovely venue and delicious food! Would absolutely recommend the cranberry and fried brie . Lovely and polite staff despite us being more than a little late ! Price came to about Β£60 for 2 with 5 tapas 2 desserts and 2 drinks each, so about right!β
βWow! This was what was uttered on serving the food. Huge portions of delicious food. From BBQ duck, Greek skewer, meat sharing platter, turkey roast dinners and burgers for the kids, we were all delighted. Bonus, for me, were the two Beavertown beers on tap, impressive βΊοΈβ
βWe celebrated our Grandad's 90th birthday here. We had Sunday roast which was absolutely delicious. Every single member of staff was lovely, chatty, accommodating and very efficient. They put a birthday banner on the table for us with a birthday card for our Grandad. We thought that was a lovely touch. We definitely recommend this lovely place and will be coming back. Thank you :-)β
βAs someone from central London, Bangladeshi restaurants are a dime a dozen. But this restaurant, which is 15 mins away from the Great Yarmouth beachfront offered such a lovely enjoyable meal. The King prawn puree was the best I've tasted. The sweet chilli chicken was flavourful and so tender. The daal is so authentic. Service was great and pricing seems very reasonable against the quality offered. Highly recommend. The people who live in the area are very lucky!β
βPerfect place in norfolk for Americans style food. Loved every moment It is quite busy there sometimes, the staff do their best to let customers know that there will likely be delays on food depending on how busy they are. The food is amazing. I had a mixed grill. Steak was cooked very well, but my favourite part of the meal was the lamb. The chicken was also cooked very well and though i dont often have gammon i was pleasantly surprised by how well this gammon steak tasted. Stilton sauce is one of my new favourites. Its a must for any meat. The chips were also quite nice. Portions are good and for a reasonable price.β
βWe had a fabulous dinner at Shambles a couple of weeks ago. It was a quiet Tuesday night but the service was swift and friendly and the Chicken Chasseur was delicious. Wine was great, generous glasses and at a reasonable price. Lovely setting and delightful decor. I highly recommend it.β
βbusy but i donβt blame them, the most loveliest service and food, highly recommendβΊοΈβ
βThis place is amazing!! Best Sushi in the local area. Will not disappoint!β
βWe have been in Beccles for a week on holiday and the food was so good (my son said the pizza was better than mine!) we had to go back twice. Great food and great service.β
βLovely food! Even better with 20% off collection! The fish special is a must try if you love a fish curry. Thank youβ
βCame here last night, brilliant service, great food. Highly recommend and will absolutely be returning.β
βThe best meal Iβve eaten. The staff were lovely, friendly and fast service and the food was incredible. Fairly priced as the food was more than worth it. Lovely atmosphere, with a very cute whimsical outdoor seating area. I had vegan options for starter and dessert and could say they were better than my non vegan main, very inclusive on dietary needs.β
βWhat a lovely pub this is and with so much character and such a chilled out vibe in the place. The staff where very welcoming and the service was quick and of a great standard. The food was just fantastic and we only ate off the bar menu the special menu looked absolutely amazing but I just could resist the cod and chips and it was not a let down by a long shot the best Iβve had in years, and then the pudding was to die for that brownie was sooooo good Iβd highly recommend both dishes.β
βGreat food and service. Shabby chic feel. Taken over where House left off. Highly recommend.β
βImpromptu dinner here after a lovely walk n the seafront at Carp Gap. Food was delicious, staff welcoming. They even gave our dog a little treat. Definitely coming back.β
βI've never been in here as I never knew it was there. OMG!! The food is amazing β€οΈ The food came out quite quickly, considering there were a lot of us (9 of us in total) I had the Brie Wedges with Chips and Garlic Bread. It was delicious. My husband had a Gammon Steak with Egg, Pineapple and Chips, and he said it was lovely and very filling. For dessert, I had the Trillionaires Tart, whilst my husband had the Caramel Blondie, both were very, very nice! This place is definitely worth a visit. Hopefully, we will be back for a Sunday Roast one day soon.β
βThis is a delightful, cosy and welcoming cafΓ© in the heart of Norwich. We enjoyed a pot Russian Caravan tea and a delicious slice of lemon and almond cake. The added bonus is that it is open late every night of the week (until 11pm or 10:30 on Sundays). That makes it a great spot if you are looking for somewhere to relax and hang out with friends (or just read a book) without going to a pub or a restaurant. They play good music (but not too loud) and the place is clearly popular with locals, being reasonably busy even on a chilly Monday evening in October. Wish I lived just round the corner from a place like this.β
βLove this place and its surroundings. I like how we can assemble our own breakfast and just choose what we like :) Mushroom was the highlight of my plate, very fresh and flavourful. Pork sausage is great too! The only thing was the oat latte was a bit weak, if you like stronger milk-added coffee then probably go for flat white or cappuccino.β
βChristmas lunch on Monday for 6 amazing food, great service and value. Presented beautifully and not a carrot insight, thank goodness.Would totally recommend .β
