“​I stopped at a local Tesco Express on my way home to grab some milk for breakfast. While finding a parking space in front of the store can be a challenge, I was fortunate to find one fairly easily. I also noticed that there’s additional parking available at the back of the building. ​I encountered a minor issue at the self-service checkout, but a staff member quickly resolved it without much hassle. Overall, I was in and out of the store in under 7 minutes, which made for a pleasant shopping experience!”

Knowing my pet is always well treated by the vets and that, if I need reassurance myself it is that I now my pet will always be treated promptly if there are any problems.”

“This review is for the lovely gentleman who served me this morning (29/5). He offered me recommendations on how my coffee order could taste better and he wasn't wrong! Best coffee I have ever had. Yes Starbucks is expensive but I only have it as an occasional treat and it is well worth it when you receive such great service and yummy coffee.”

“The WH Smiths outside outpatients west, is a pretty decent shop. It has all the usual stuff you would associate with say, an airport Smiths. Books, snacks, refrigerated drinks, umbrellas, some stationery and all the other small edible and practical items you would expect. Marks and Spencer also stock a selection of ready to eat food and drink under this shop's roof. There are 2 self-service checkouts, as well as a staff operated till. I bought an item in error and the staff member was very happy to refund me quickly and amicably. Connected to the Smiths is a coffee shop called Coffee House. Visitors and medical staff can be seen to frequent this place, with it being quite busy at around 12pm, as you would expect. The coffee is reasonably priced at around £2.50 to £3 for a hot beverage. There is also a selection of cold drinks, and some sweet treats and sandwiches to choose from. This building is straight opposite the out patients West building. Handily, there is also a carpark ticket paying machine right outside the door.”

“Messaged the store, quick response, did a deal on a guitar I had been after. They posted in a reasonable time, unfortunately parcel force did not collect the item for a few days so it took a while to arrive, once unwrapped it appears parcel force have thrown the guitar around as its smashed, woods all cracked, was left seriously disappointed. Kraig the area manager is currently arranging the return and has been exceptionally helpful so far. The staff get 5 stars for responding and being helpful. Very disappointed with the circumstance but i do appreciate your efforts to resolve it.”

“Went in to tentatively look for a new fridge freezer and the store was very busy with all the sales people taken... but the wonderful salesman Phil Gulley, spoke with us and explained he would be with us when he finished with the customer he was with... and sure enough, he came to us a short while later, worked though our needs and wants, and then introduced us to a model that we hadn't even thought of looking at. Phil was brilliant! Very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, easy to speak with and he sold us the product, helping us to feel we had a great deal. In these days of internet shopping, we could have looked online, and we could have possibly found the item cheaper, but Phil Gulley and our experience at Curry's Norwich left us feeling really pleased that we had purchased in store, with real people, who know their stuff! Wish I knew her name to add to the review. Someone new there however seems a little moody when on the till if you present yourself as a ‘problem’ I.e cashing in But overall good, very busy store”
