This is a small,friendly independent business with a good selection of healthy Koi ranging from 3 to 4 inches up to approximately 20 inches. The owner was very friendly and there was no sales pressure at all. Being appointment only it is also nice that you can view the fish without other customers being present. I would highly recommend.”

The branch are having some issues with staffing and are having to close at 5pm currently (not 5.30pm as usual). Mandy advised me what to do about contacting my doctors, and she was able to sort out a one off prescription without delay so I could come and collect on the same day. Absolutely brilliant!
