“Incredible food, we've only just started eating from santorini but we haven't been disappointed at all. Ordered a few time and the food is always hot and unbelievably fresh and the portion sizes are bang on. I'm a foodie and this place is just unreal, I don't think I'd order from anywhere else”

“Popped in after a day out walking today and got haddock and chips. They had only just opened so it was all cooked fresh (they always cook the fish to order anyway). A lovely chat whilst I waited with the always really nice and friendly staff and then off I went, home to enjoy their delicious fayre. Best fish n chips around as far as I'm concerned.”

“Can’t rate this place enough, been twice now one was to order for a walk to the train station and second today for delivery and I’ve not been disappointed! Me and my partner have both enjoyed it each time. The customer service was amazing and today a delivery was half an hour early to what they said. The food was also amazing both times. “A regular customer at pepinos. They are amazing for pizzas and good chips. Food always arrives warm and always tastes good. If they are running late with deliveries they always let us know. Don’t bother with any other pizza places, it’s our go to place. Even our little one loves their pizzas. They are good with allergies as well. Highly recommended people order from here.”

“One of the best breakfast that I had in UK, seriously, they are amazing. From outside the restaurant/shop doesn't look much, but once you pass their door, you will be surprised by a counter full of amazing products, some of them local. The restaurant go all the way to the back and they also have a beautiful garden. The food is all good quality, nicely prepared and delicious. I recommend trying any of the local products that they sell. They are delicious. I do recommend them!”

“My husband and I stumbled across this pub after doing a walk in the area and we were really pleasantly surprised. This has to be one of the nicest outdoor seating areas I’ve come across! So many gorgeous flowers and just such a pleasant atmosphere. We had the steak pie which was lovely and a nice cold pint that went down a treat. The staff were lovely and friendly and the prices were very reasonable too! So, if it’s a nice day and you’d like a drink in a lovely, quiet beer garden, look no further!”

“I've been a customer of Primo for many years. The owner has always been friendly and it's always had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I popped in Sunday afternoon with the family and dogs after a nice walk. We had paninis and a pint which were quality. We sat in the outside seating/dining that perfectly resembles the outdoor dining areas of Italy/France. This is great to start seeing more of this in the UK. There's plenty of public parking and access to public transport on Carlton Hill. I thought I'd also mention that my wife had a delicious croissant and they have an excellent selection of pastries. 10/10 looking forward to my next visit.”

“Had lunch here today and I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. The guy behind the counter was very helpful in explaining the menu to us. The food is generous and actually quite tasty. We sat on the picnic benches outside as there is not much seating in the place itself but someone very helpfully brought our food out when it was ready. The flatbread was fresh with a great filling ratio and a very reasonable cost! Would happily recommend to my friends and order again.”

The atmosphere of this place is just unbelievable. It's chilled with music in the background. What it's really worth seeing if the roof garden- if you're lucky with the weather and table available there, you will soak the atmosphere of this place even more!”

“Since there's been a new manager the place has improved a great deal. Never once have I had a bad meal from here. The new staff and old one's are all very professional polite and always helpful. Even the food I've had on a takeaway basis has always been nice. Definitely one of my favourites in the area. They did a set meal with a band playing and was definitely my best night so far.”

“Had an absolutely scrumptious meal here. Every single dish was delicious and packed with flavour, particular shout out goes to the spring greens, my taste buds were dancing. The cocktails were really good as well, the blue moon over Tokyo shone, it was a fruity, sherbet packed delight. The setting is very cute and cosy, it's like a converted, low lit cave. Staff were very friendly. At first they were serving us one dish at a time with like 5 mins between them which I much preferred as it was like a tasting menu almost and gave us time to enjoy and savour each one while it was fresh and hot.”

The food was outstanding, the band very entertaining and the atmosphere reflected that. Thoroughly recommended.”
