Aside from being extremely thorough and considered in the running of their business and the safety of the dogs in their care, it was clear they are real dog lovers and that it would be a warm and friendly home from home for our little Beaglepoo Annie. “I can't recommend Russ and Ange enough. They"ve looked after my elderly cat, Bobby on countless occasions over several years. It took me a while to find a cattery I was happy with and could trust, but having found them, I would never go anywhere else. They have always treated Bobby as their own and given him so much fuss and attention. They take time to really get to know your cat and it's personality! II have never once had to worry while he has been in their care. I would highly recommend Queens cattery to anyone who is looking for a caring place to look after their cat.”

He’s been seen in hours has an urgent visit from speaking to the amazing nurses/reception team. The vets have been professional - supportive - gave him an anti sickness vaccine and he’s much better today, Thank you Kyle Charles.”

Jayne has such a caring professional manner, grooming Harrison to poodle perfection, attentive to every detail of ears, paws and nails. She styles him beautifully bringing out his character/personality while giving him lots of rest breaks, taking things at his pace reassuring with cuddles and treats. Harrison comes home very happy, looking and smelling gorgeous - a ‘pawsonal’ touch I can absolutely recommend!”

“I have been going to this asda for 15 years now and never in my life have i had 1 bad thing to say. Hot breakfast? You got it Cafe? You got it Photo booth, passport, family photo prints? You got it They have a wide variety of anything really from household items to furniture to any time of oriental and worldwide food. I felt comfortable that Vibs had got to know our dogs likes, dislikes, morning and evening routine and felt happy to be leaving her in such capable hands. Vibs sent regular pupdates with photos and will send as much or as little as you require, she was happy to adapt her routines to fit in with the dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her in Vibs capable hands next time we go away.”

“I've been here a couple of times with my cats. It's bright and clean with plenty of parking. Everyone is really friendly. Dr Dana Broadbent is a fantastic vet with empathy for both the animals and their owners. If I lived in the area, I would definitely continue using the clinic.”

“Pleasant looking hotel from the outside which is situated 2 miles from the centre of Nottingham easy to drive with plenty of parking in the area. Entered reception, quick and easy booking in, and simple directions to the room, hotel was clean, tidy and pleasant decor. Restaurant with a simple menu catering for coeliacs, vegetarian and grass munchers, separate bar and lounge for relaxing in the evening with comfortable seating. Room was a double room, better suited to a single occupant. Double bed, large 48in Smart TV, coffee and tea facilities with limited coffee, tea bags and sugar, hair dry (not needed on this visit as I have little to no hair) iron and ironing board. Room itself was at the rear of the building which ment being away from the road facing a quiet residential estate and was peaceful unable to hear any road noise. Bedside table on both sides with a small dressing table with stool. There was a walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for hanging clothes (limited hangers) I would consider bring some from home. Small functional en-suit bathroom with shower and a good constant source of hot water and you didn’t need to run around in the shower to get wet. Toilet and sink with small hand and bath towels provided. Breakfast included served in the dining room, this is a full English with, Fried and scrambled eggs, button mushroom, hash browns, sausage, bacon, baked beans. The usual assortment of cereal’s, fruit, orange juice, various teas available (including herbal” & coffee, self help with toast. Breakfast is self service. Menu simple to navigate with the usual GASTRO type food available at reasonable prices. Staff were all very helpful, curious, plate and respectful, nothing was too much of a problem. Plenty of parking to the rear of the premises for cars. I stayed for 4 nights on business, main doors close at 11pm however if your a night owl your door keycard gains you access to the hotel through the reception entrance giving you a little freedom in the evenings. The hotel have free WiFi which was accessible even from the room at the back (RM 38). My only gripe was I needed a team of sharpers and oxygen for the long climb to the room, I as a little dizzy and threw myself on the bed. It is highly probably I will be in the area again in the near future and have requested my Company book me that hotel again. Very pleasant place highly recormended.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights, with a Guide Dog for the Blind puppy, the room we were given was very roomy and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating of our pup and all staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Dee in the breakfast room, she was so helpful and informative of all the ooptions on the breakfast menu. The cost of the room and the additional breakfast were very reasonable. Plenty of parking and easy access to Nottingham centre.”

I was sent the codes for the door and the key the day before I arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean, of good quality for the price, and perfectly comfortable.”

“Popped in for a new perfume,with no particular idea in mind. A lovely lady assistant came up to help as I probably looked a little baffled by the choice! She was very patient, but I left without buying. An hour later I returned as the last tester I used had become the scent I wanted after being on my skin for a while.
