Patrycja and the rest of the team are exceptionally welcoming and professional and clearly have an underlying interest in the welfare of our pets. Equally we are very thankful with the time taken to explain the procedures our cats have had to take, from recovery to costings.”

“I came in to store on Friday 30th June for some advise regarding flea treatments for 4 cats - the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing and right on point with everything she told me to do. i picked up a ticket off the shelves and was told frontline is better so i purchased it instead - within 5 days all fleas are eradicated so thank you so much!! i even walked out with the £25 hooded cat litter tray and what a change that has made to my home already! Your staff are amazing in Farnborough and deserve a little treat from head office. I was frustrated and annoyed walking in but left feeling i’ve got great advice and help along the way so thank you so much to you all”

I visited to get some meds for my Dad and while waiting, saw the poster offering free blood pressure test - so I did it and, after followups, ended up with a late-stage cancer diagnosis which saved my life. “Fantastic team work, fantastic staff on tills, fantastic pharmacy team. The till staff work their way down the queue quickly, prescriptions are always ready, you should be so proud of yourselves. I for one won't go anywhere else, there is nowhere this efficient. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. If i could give this pharmacy more stars than i would. Even with major renovations they still had smiles, were there to help & run absolutely flawlessly to the customer & effectively.... which is far more than i can say for Boots pharmacies.....who are rude, ignorant, self righteous & never have prescriptions ready, even if left with them for days/weeks. Please use this pharmacy & avoid others, i honestly can't rate the overall effectiveness & amazing team they have there. You should all feel so proud, the manager/big bosses too. Thank you”

“So helpful + Brilliant service A while back I had to do a lot of running around getting pharmaceuticals for someone when there was a shortage originating at the manufacturers. This was complicated by having multiple drugs on one prescription. Mortimer Pharmacy explained the system/rules and each step I needed to go through so they could provide the drugs; even rush-ordering things in and dispensing out of hours. Those supply issues have just recurred so armed with my new knowledge, I started my hunt and guess who came up with the goods again – Mortimer Pharmacy. If I lived closer, it’d definitely be my registered pharmacy but every time I’ve needed to make the journey, it’s been well worth the drive. The staff are also super friendly and helpful when you get there; normal hours or out of hours.”

“The helpful pharmacist advised me several times, when I was not sure what to buy and helped me get better soon. I really like this small little pharmacy. They really try to get you better soon, when you are not feeling well. But you shouldn't go their, if you are searching for every day face or hair things like shampoo or cream. This pharmacy is more focused on actual medicine.”

“Turned up today and asked to speak to pharmacist. Older chap who was patient and listened and provided me with his recommendation. Also clearly knew the medication on offer. Two women behind the till/prescription desk are always polite and attend to you as soon as they are free.”

“We have used this pharmacy for years, always helpful and friendly. We have prescriptions sent from the surgery to this location for pickup. If you call to ask if they have the prescription they answer, no computer menu system, super. It’s well located near the surgery with a row of local shops (a mini market) with parking which is fairly busy but always seems to be a space. Yes the shop can get busy at times but stuck with them, they’re a good crowd, busy for sure, the pharmacist lady is super helpful.”
