481 Decathlon Farnborough
“I had an excellent experience getting my bike serviced at Decathlon, thanks to Alex. We had to order a few parts in for my bike which took a few extra days. Alex was friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my bike, explained everything clearly, and gave honest advice about what needed to be done. The service was carried out efficiently and to a really high standard, my bike now rides smoother. I’d highly recommend Decathlon for anyone needing bike repairs or servicing.”

482 Earlybird Florist
“Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, which unfortunately fell on a Sunday. After explaining that to Charlotte, she very kindly offered to deliver in person on Sunday morning. She had also received an internet order from my stepson in the US and offered to deliver his order at the same time. The flowers were beautiful and expertly arranged, and I would not use any other local florist”

491 Slaters
“Went to Slaters in Reading to find a suit for my son to go to a wedding. There are so many suits to choose from and ties, shirts, shoes! Everything we could want. We were helped by a lady called Ellen who was fabulous. She didn't crowd us but was very helpful and attentive. She helped fit a suit.. my son was between sizes so Ellen pinned the jacket and waistcoat. Trousers also adjusted for length. I will go back and pick up the altered/tailored suit in a week or so. Alterations are FREE!! Fabulous experience overall. Suits cost around £150, for a tailored suits - that's amazing.”

493 Homecrafts
“Brilliant shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good atmosphere. I don't know if they still do it, but you used to be able to buy a bag of floating bird feed to take down to the river nearby, sold in a paper bag for a £1. I highly recommend Homecrafts in Caversham. ***EDIT*** It's still a brilliant shop. Floating bird food is now £2.50 in a paper bag to go feed the river or pond birds. You can buy a sack for £8. There's a good selection of bird food towards the back of the store or in plastic buckets inside the store, towards the front. There was a cheerful, helpful chap serving today (Thursday) in the shop. I had a little wander about while I was in there. It's such a great shop. There are so many useful products.”

494 H. Samuel
“I could not have wished for more helpful assistants than Becky, Jen and Sandra. They went above and beyond to obtain a bracelet needed as a gift for Christmas, days before the big day - I had already bought the last one they had in stock. Additionally, they put aside a watch needed as another gift, so it wouldn't be sold before I got to the shop. Thank you, ladies, for all your help - the gifts helped make Christmas Day special for my family. Andy.”

496 Furniture Village Farnborough
“We first frequented this store on New Year’s Day (‘24) after visiting many other sofa stores. We dealt with Darren who was very good. He knows his stuff, listens to what you want as a customer and helpfully suggests styles, features, colours and materials without being pushy. We found our perfect sofa but couldn’t make a firm decision on colour, so we left but ordered some samples on-line which once they arrived a few days later really helped make our choice for us. We have since returned to the branch to order the sofa through Darren - Only fair as he spent the time with us advising/selling a couple of weeks back. I should say that out of all the sofa/furniture stores at this retail park Furniture Village impressed us the most with the presentation in general, cleanliness, easy-going salesman etc.”

499 Mulgari Cars
“Darren at Mulgari has amazing expertise and experience. I wanted the biggest front brakes I could get into my remapped TTS as I race it on track days and have warped 2 sets of front discs before, due to overheating them. With Darren's help, I researched and sourced a set-up usually used as an ultimate upgrade for a TTRS. Darren fitted the kit to my TTS and did an amazing metalwork re-shaping job with the existing backplates so they, not only fit the bigger discs perfectly, but they also have an extra opening so my brake cooling ducts point right at the discs. The job Darren has done is remarkable. And with his race driving experience he helps prioritise the modification work to the car that produces the most cost effective gains for track day racing. I can only add that I recommend the expertise and work quality of Mulgari above all other places.”

“A friend an I had the festive afternoon tea at the Pantry this week and I would highly recommend it. Lovely touches like delicious warm festive punch, and the option of fig jam for the scones - one if which was orange and cranberry flavour. It really was a bit different, and all the items were delicious - especially the fluffy as a cloud brioche bun option. We loved the experience and may well return again later in the festive season!”
