“This was my first escape room and it did not disappoint. Jasmine and Charlie were amazing! They gave just the right amount of time and even gave us an extra 5 minutes (we got there eventually ... “Awesome view of the sunset when it’s a clear sky. You get an uninterrupted view of the city skyline. It’s a good spot to chill and relax especially when they have their out door cinema up and running. It’s also right next to the train station so you could get a train or train right up to to it.”

“Been to the venue twice for an awards evening. Staff are friendly and attentive. The food was good and portions were adequate. Plenty of choice at the bar. Easy to find and plenty of Onsite parking.”

“The Christmas Tree Festival was an added bonus to our visit. What a beautiful building. The 1554 Coffee Shop was lovely too with very welcoming staff. Highly recommend the amazing warm cheese scones.”

“What a lovely little find! We were in Sheffield for a night and found this place on a search for some Indian food. The food was delicious and great to try something different to other Indian restaurants. The owner was very friendly and the waitress also was really helpful at explaining the menu and helping us choose. Would recommend if you are in the area.”

“Had our little boys birthday here and would highly recommend, especially if your party isn’t too large. We had around 20 kids and that was just about right. Exclusive hire, excellent staff who were attentive, polite and genuinely seemed to do everything to make sure we enjoyed our day. Understanding of our autistic boys need too which was a massive plus. Really enjoyed our visit and will certainly be there again in the future. Wonderful.”

“Great arena, I saw Lewis Capaldi here yesterday and was on the lower tier in one of the back corners but still had a really great view. The fact that it is one of the smaller arenas goes in its favour for the views actually. The bars were well stocked and there were plenty of staff to serve. It was clean and modern inside and overall a good experience. The only downside was that one or two of the showsec staff were winging it with the information they gave to people regarding where to queue etc but that did not detract from the experience. Parking is expensive here though so I didn't use the arena car park.”

“Nice small area for kids to play with a small loop scooter ride track. Seating area for adults. Musical interactive metal drums and saxophone that is very engaging. It is close to the kids play area and an ideal space to spend quality time with family having some snacks.”

“My train was delayed for an hour yesterday! I'd heard about the pub from a friend but not been in, so thoight id give it a go not expecting much. I loved the amazing selection of non alcoholic beers. I had a delicious lager. The decor is fab, classic pub vibes and the fact you're literally on the platform means when your train finally does arrive you're very unlikely to miss it. I only had a drink so cannot vouch for food.”

“Great atmosphere in an old building in the heart of Sheffield. Huge selection of beers and ciders. We were there on a quiet Monday evening but they still put on live music - a three-piece jazz/blues band. Highly recommend if you're in the city centre and fancy tasting some unusual brews.”

“Been in several times since reopening post lockdown. Much improved atmosphere since reverting back to a live music venue rather than being dominated by sports. Staff were super friendly and accommodating and prices very competitive. No longer serves food but welcomes you to bring your own or order takeout which I took advantage of both during a visit with adults and a visit with my two children on another occasion. Cutlery, serviettes and condiments were provided and staff happily cleared away our rubbish afterwards. I shall definitely be returning!”

“I had a truly delightful experience staying at premier inn (Angel Street). Whilst staying here I thought I would have a few drinks in the bar, there was one member of staff, Samantha Marsden, she was so friendly, so helpful, made my experience so very easy for me. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Very professional, punctual and just an all round kind, helpful young lady. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you Samantha for making my stay so pleasant.”

“What a stunning place this is. The decor is tasteful, subtly lit, but not too dark. The staff were attentive and not in your face at all (very much appreciated). Our large group ordered a variety of things from the menu, but we all received our food at the same time. I ordered the red Thai curry, which was unbelievably nice. I'll definitely order it again on our return. All in all a very good experience and somewhere we'd definitely recommend and definitely visit again.. Sean.”

“I bring my girls here nearly every week and they absolutely love it! The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly and the soft play is great! The food/ coffee is always a hit when the girls are playing. Definitely recommend this place!!”

“Huge arcade section as soon as you walk in and air conditioned which is a life saver on a hot day like today. Lady behind the desk was friendly with a smile and had good manners. Even have vip sections to sit in on specific lanes which is cool, large dining area with a bar also. The lanes are well lit and fun to play on, can order food and drinks to your lane also by simply scanning the qr code”

“Just enjoyed a brilliant night out! The buffet had an incredible variety, and every dish I tried was fresh and bursting with flavour, especially the beef lasagne and nachos. The service was spot on, and the atmosphere just added to the festive vibe. Honestly, it was fantastic value for money and perfect for my celebration. Can't wait to come back!”

“Let's remember this is a budget hotel. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and in nice condition. Rooms are good value, large, and clean. Location is good for jumping on the tram into Sheffield or for Meadowhall. Coffee not great. Would pay more for decent coffee. Food generally ok. I had some concerns about car park security before arrival but had no issues at all.”

“9 of us went for bottomless brunch yesterday, amazing value for money, service was outstanding the drinks just kept on flowing our glasses were never empty, the lady with half blonde and half brown hair was brilliant so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, The BBQ chicken wings were amazing. “Sofia joined Stagecoach when she was 8 years old and found her tribe! The staff and the students are so supportive and friendly and have welcomed and encouraged Sofia to reach for the stars. The weekly lessons and holiday clubs give her a real insight into the world of musical theatre and acting, as well as making some wonderful friends. Sofia has been given opportunities to perform with the touring production of Joseph, audition for West End performances, perform in a whole school show at the Octagon and be involved in local events like the Christmas Lights switch on in Sheffield; she has also learnt so much from the professionals who deliver the technical workshops. Sofia absolutely loves being at Stagecoach and her confidence has soared since being there. Debbie and the team bring the absolute best in her and I'm so proud of what she is able to accomplish with their support. Thank you to Debbie, Sam, Rowan and James and all the other wonderful people who work alongside you - you are all amazing and I can’t wait to watch this year’s performances and hear all about the amazing time she spends with you all on a Saturday afternoon. If your child is interested in dance, drama or singing and you want a school that nurtures, supports and encourages your child and provides them with wonderful opportunities, I couldn’t recommend Stagecoach Sheffield any higher!”
