“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service from Linda the Hostess front of house. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Linda, the wonderful hostess at McDonald’s. My little lad accidentally knocked his drink all over the table, and before I could even start to clean it up, Linda was right there with a friendly smile and a reassuring word. She quickly tidied everything up and even replaced his drink without us having to ask — such a kind and thoughtful gesture! It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one, but Linda certainly did. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a lovely example of great customer care. McDonald’s is lucky to have her — she truly made our day!”

I think the staff at the Brewers Fayre The Meadows should go and give some training to the staff at the Brewers Fayre the Redwood at Newcastle under Lyme because the difference in quality is unbelievable. “Another delicious dinner tonight! Had been going elsewhere until recently, but pleased to be back buying fish and chips from our local. Good size cod was fresh and succulent, generous portions of chips well cooked, nice and crispy without being overcooked and certainly not soggy! “There were eight of us who dined here prior to us staying the night at the lovely Hex Hotel. Now I'm known to have eaten a burger or two in my time so I consider myself an expert in such things. I had the 6oz Prime Beef Burger and added cheese and bacon. Now take this as a compliment chef/owners etc; this was one of the best burgers I've eaten. The meat was perfect and the Onion Chutney added a level of sweetness that just made it next level. The bacon was also really nice. It didn't fall apart and it wasn't at all greasy. Trust me, this is a top tier burger that I'd recommend very highly. The service was good and we also had breakfast the following morning. Breakfast was a buffet help yourself affair. The food was great and of a decent quality. 10/10”

“Clean and basically free... notmany customers inside, most were at the drive-through. It looked like it was adequately staffed (which is always a problem these days... for sone reason) and all staff (I engaged with) were nice... usual Mac customer service. Carpark was accessible and ample. Food was as usual and service was relatively fast so... exactly what you expect from a Mac!”
