“I have been with YAB for 3 1/2 years and have always found them to be nothing but very helpful at all times. When I have run into any problems they have been speedy to resolve them. The staff are very professional and always polite and willing to go that extra mile to help you. I amvery disappointed to be moving to a different agency. “Stayed a year in Flat G, Hudson House from 2023-24. The flat is lovely and the landlords have been relatively quick to fix any problems with minimal fuss. It is very useful to have their office downstairs so they are easily reachable if any issues arise.”

“Amazing I rang up at 5.50 and explained where my partner was as he was stuck with out puppy as the bus didn't turn up.. by 6 they had found my partner and he was on his way home. Was the first time iv ever had to ring for a taxi as he was utterly stuck with a 7 week old pup I will always ring this taxi service if ever needed”

“Stayed at prime lodge and after reading Google reviews I was a bit worried. But after arrival I found the reviews to be very unfair. The room could do with a revamp but otherwise is was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would happily return. Staff friendly and if you enter your reg at reception you don't get charged for parking. I love the motel style as it makes rooms much more private. For the price the hotel was more than worth it . Thank you.”

“The rooms were tidy , beds clean and comfy. Some improvement needed in shower are and some cleani g in the kitchen -like ovens but otherwise very value for money and it has all what u need. We were very surprised as the previous comments were not good at all. I can strongly recommend that B&B. Offcourse it is not a 5 star hotel and u cannot expect to be perfect but it has all what u need to rest. We parked at the front so no problem with parking”

“Great was my experience working with Rosanna at TIR! She is incredibly hard working, polite, efficient and attentive to detail. Whenever I faced challenges as a tenant, she gladly and efficiently responded to my emails and if I delayed in responding, she would send follow up emails just to make sure that her previous communication was well received and understood. “I have been with Tapton Estates as a tenant for 10 years, and I found them wonderful to work with. Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and I was treated very fairly each year when my tenancy agreement required renewal. I never had any cause for complaint during my time with them - and except for the very occasional maintenance visit I was left to enjoy my tenanted property in privacy and without any undue intrusion. I was dealt with very kindly at the end of my tenancy, and I received my deposit back with no issues or undue delay. Highly recommend them. John”

“We stayed at The Castle for my partner’s birthday weekend while visiting Speedwell Cavern, and it was great from start to finish. After booking, I enquired about their birthday packages, and they were quick to respond, confirming they offer them at no extra cost. When we arrived, the room was decorated with balloons, a banner, and a birthday card. It was such a nice touch. Our room also had a lovely view of the castle, which was an added bonus. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Sophie and Molly were especially polite and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.”

“New to the area called in 1 Saturday Evening and wow a proper pub I’ve not experienced in 15/20 yrs they had a live act (singer)7/8 very friendly staff trysten Sarah and another lovely lady sorry I can’t remember her name and a great pint”

“I have been a member here for nearly 3 years. They renovated the gym this year with equipment which is nice and up to date. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I like that the gym is rarely overcrowded at the times I use it. It has to be the best value for money gym/spa in Sheffield, most others are quite a lot more expensive.”
