“I was bluelighted here by ambulance in October 2024 with a heart rate of 160bpm. I was petrified but the staff were brilliant with me. I wasn’t kept waiting to get treated. Only thing I was kept waiting for was a bed on AMU. It was 4am the next morning I was transferred to there. The ladies who bring you drinks were excellent and one lady was making us laugh. I was then transferred to ward A1 that afternoon at about 4pm where I stayed until my discharge 4 days later. The staff on there were very caring and helpful. They really are angels and the patient transport who took me home bonded with me because I was missing my cat and dog. They helped me into my house and they said awww they sure have missed you because of how my darling pets greeted me. Thank you to all who looked after me on Wednesday 16 until Monday 21 October 2024”

“Since new management this pharmacy is fantastic. No others come close. Prescriptions dispensed exceptionally quickly and the pharmacist is really helpful. Prescription ready within 30 minutes of leaving the gp! Some others make you wait days. Also, they seem to be actually ready when you go in. Most others you still end up waiting 10 minutes while they find it/check it.”

His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used. "I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!" I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness. End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.”

“A real gain was finding this place as for the first time I had two fillings and no pain. I am terrified of dentists and this is not helped because I can't open my mouth very wide. Today I walked out with no pain at all and when I need to breathe he stopped and gave me a minute. I was given water to sip and not the chemical stuff and the whole experience was reassuring and pain free. Absolutely perfect.”

“I was rushed in Doncaster royal infirmary with prostate, bladder issues, I spent five days there my treatment was excellent. Later I needed an operation on prostate, green Lazer surgery my treatment was exemplary. Now roll on a few months my wife now a dying person was taken to Doncaster royal infirmary. The ambulance service for my wife was no more than, callous indifferent, and deplorable, for a person that was dying. My wife was in hospital for one week before she passed on. THE HOSPITAL DID THEIR BEST for her , last week alive. Now I sat with my wife for the last 37 hours of her life and not once did the hospital offer any form of refreshment, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs to a vending machine. No problem. But what was unpleasant was that when my wife died I went for a nurse who promptly came , saw my wife had died from that moment not one person from the medical profession offered any form of condolence. I was completely ignored. They offered no help whatsoever. I waited for a doctor to confirm my wife's time of death he never came, after waiting a half hour.I had no option but to leave, not very caring.”

I quite often end up here & 3 they can fill it straight away (luckily hubby is off work so can drive me, but I don't drive) so grateful for these guys... Thank you”
