“We had a midweek wedding reception in the upstairs area. Charlotte was great throughout and very responsive to emails which helped with the planning/organising. She was also happy for us to reorganise the tables and provide our own decorations. The buffet was great and good value for money. It was a quieter atmosphere to what you may have a the weekend, but this fit in perfectly with what we wanted. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day, adding to a perfect day for us!”

“Fantastic experience at bottomless brunch at The Graduate! Even with 6 of us, service was really quick. One of the party is a coeliac and there were plenty of gluten-free options available. The bottomless brunch menu is vast and you receive 2 hours. I would definitely return and definitely recommend!”

“Exquisite building, Beautifully decorated to a very high standard.. large free carpark and bowling green. Spotlessly clean throughout and very welcoming. Upstairs function room with bar and stage area... Live music and open mic nights. Serving food from 12pm”

“Been in lots of Wetherspoons but this was the first time visiting this one for breakfast & we will definitely be going back. We have a favourite Wetherspoons but this one was on a par with it. Impressed when we walked in. Lovely & clean. Nice atmosphere. Tidy tables not like some we’ve been in. Well presented food with very nice staff serving. Clean toilets too. Highly recommend”

“Really nice Weatherspoons. Opened at 8am. The car park costs money BUT DON'T PAY! Go inside and resister your car number plate on the machine at the bar and you get free parking. Nice breakfast, with bottomless coffee and hot drinks. Fast service too. The Francis Newton is in a lovely old building with lots of areas to sit in. So hard to get free parking in Sheffield, so this restaurant was nice to go to”

“This was a fantastic venue for clubbing, with classic pop tunes playing! The outside area is sound to chill out in, drinks are really cheap at just £1 each. Blue and pink lightding creates the vibe downstairs, upstairs is where it's at with the booming atmosphere and smoke machine!”

“2 adults. 10:30 on Saturday morning. It was busy. We ordered 1 large breakfast and 1 large vegetarian breakfast. Both arrived very quickly, and everything was cooked freshly, and they were both very good. Far better than most Spoons we visit. Good atmosphere and great service. Thank you!”

“Can’t comment on the hotel but just had Sunday lunch, we got the platter for 2 and the portion is amazing! Could have easily fed 3 people. Beef was a little too well done for me (that’s just personal preference) but they’ll chicken was well seasoned and the pork belly melted in your mouth! Amazing service from Simon and the team! Always happy to help and nothings too much trouble!”

“First time here, and the only thing we were disappointed about was that they have taken their exotic food off the menu despite still being advertised on the website. There were only 2 members of staff, and they were rushed off their feet, but still did a fantastic job. The place was clean/tidy and well kept, and the food was amazing and a reasonable price too. “This is only my second visit here and we decided to try the carvery and we're glad we did. Quickly served at the bar for drinks and ordering food. No problem finding a table mid week but would be wise to book on a weekend. Had a choice of 3 meats, 3 sorts of potatoes and 7 vegetables. I had the beef & pork with roast potato, roast carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, Swede (thankfully not mashed) white cabbage,leeks, crackling and gravy. I didn't have a Yorkshire pudding but my husband said his was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.”

“As a registered disabled person who often needs access to a toilet quickly, I found myself in need of such facilities. I entered the pleasant pub and spoke with the bartender. She kindly showed me to the disabled toilet which was much appreciated. I did not have time to stay for food or a drink, so thanked her before leaving. Such a kind welcoming person is lovely to find these days especially and for this I would highly recommend The Stag Inn, Rotherham.”

“We went to see the new refurbishment and it was lovely and fresh and clean. Our meals were of the festive and normal menu but the festive was missing some elements. However once this was highlighted to staff and manager it was rectified and compensated. The staff went above and beyond. Hopefully The Hind has turned a corner and we will definitely give it another try. Thank you Mikey and Claire.”

“Came in here with my uncle Steven to have a bite to eat. Morley our server was phenomenal, she was so friendly and helpful. The manager on shift was really helpful with getting me somewhere comfortable for my wheelchair to go. Food was outstanding the short rib was falling off the bone. There were three chefs at our table and all three of us were very happy. The price was basically unbeatable for that quality. I looked into the hotel rooms and they're really reasonably priced, and you get 10% off food at the bar which is amazing. 1000% will be coming back here when we're next in town.”

“I frequently visit ringers . Usually mid day since visiting the ringers lately staff Admiral and the whole atmosphere has changed for the better. Food and drink have been spot the service I can now say is fantastic. A pleasure to visit a shout out to the new management and old staff for keeping the pub afloat making it better since the old manager has gone!”

“Welcoming classic country pub. Good choice of real ales including the local brewery Chantry. The menu has what you'd expect but with some more interesting dishes. My generous all-day breakfast was excellent, nice ingredients and properly cooked. Wholeheartedly recommended.”

The pizza was lovely with a really nice base and we enjoyed the garlic bread too. Bobby collected one of our meals from the carvery for us. All staff are a credit to Young Vanish and the hospitality industry.”

“Friendly welcome, tasty food and helpful staff. The atmosphere was calm, with a little bit of music in the background adding to the festive cheer. We then found out there was a quiz going on, which we joined and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The quizmaster (I think his name was Paul), was helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome.”
