“Used this store several times recently and never had an issue at all. Ordered some walking boots for my wife via click and collect option and called to collect them. Heidi was working the footwear section and could not have been more helpful. Had plenty of boots over the years but Heidi made sure that they were the proper fit even getting another size to try on and doing a proper fitting. Excellent, friendly service then Eleanor was serving on the till and, despite being busy with customers was polite and friendly with every single one. Top service.”

“Fantastic little kebab shop, come here all the time when u just need some quick food and its great for weekends, nights out drinking or nights in. Donner meat and chips with garlic mayo is the safest option in my opinion but they have great cheesy chips, burgers and pizzas. The donner meat pizza topping is a must try. Great 5 star place to eat after having had a rough day at work at Baxter farm.”

“This is far and away the best facility I have ever stayed in. It's well located in the district, perfect for those who want to do a Pride and Prejudice tour. The rooms are BEAUTIFULLY and so thoughtfully put together. Literally anything you could have wanted is there. The owners are very very kind and helpful and cook and amazing breakfast. They are flexible and always happy to advise you on where you should go/eat etc. They were even willing to cater for me (gluten free) A truly enjoyable visit.”

“We have had a few carverys here and the food is excellent.we also had our wedding reception here on 29th july ('23) it was perfect, Karen (landlady) pulled out all the stops and made our day perfect.Although we did our own food, The room looked amazing. The bar staff were so lovely and friendly and the DJ was brilliant anything that was requested he played as well as his own choice of music, excellent. I would highly recommend this venue for any celebration, Karen makes everyone feel special.fantastic place, amazing staff, wonderful Landlady, thankyou all so much. We.ll be back for lunch!”
