“A beautiful tropical garden in the heart of Sheffield. The selection of tropical flowers and plants are housed under the incredible structure above. There is a cafe and a few other vendors inside and it’s well worth visiting.”

“This is the second time we have ordered from here and can say this is definitely one of the best in town for authentic, North Indian cuisine. Lovely staff, they were about to close the kitchen but waited for us to take a last order. Beautiful restaurant, will have to come back to dine in next time. Highly recommend.”

“Just been for an early evening meal. What a beautiful restaurant, with a lovely welcoming ambience. The menu is amazing and covers all food choices, and the chef was lovely, giving us complimentary bread and dips, and an alternative dish to sample that he was trying out. The waiting staff were suburb, especially Chloe who was so lovely and attentive. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning very soon.”

“This is an outstanding area of beauty, situated along the Don gorge at the side of Sprotborough Falls. I walk or ride along the Don on the TPT (Trans Penine Trail) quite often with my partner and the dogs and pass the Flash. It's a place that's beautiful no matter what time of year. In the summer this year we spotted the local king fisher. He/she was sat on a post not 20 yards away looking around with not a care in the world. If you're in the area be sure to go. After a nice walk you can always pop into The Boat Inn for a bite to eat and maybe something to drink.”

“Lovely place, a bit dull at moment given where still in winter mode, A few paths closed ( seem to be water logged 2/2/25 ) not much in way of birds or deer. Great walk around and a few people about , Cafe area is large but the wooden/metal chairs are too heavy.”

“First time visit. A lovely affordable steak and grill. I had the 8oz fillet, zamutos salad for main which was cooked perfectly! The muscles for starter were also beautiful.”

“This is a fantastic place, for a meal, or for drink or two. The menu is varied, the quality of the meals is amazing, they are very tasty and a very reasonable price. My favourite is the steak pie, it is something else, full of meat, and like other choices very enjoyable. I have taken my elderly mum several times, it’s firm favourite of hers and mine. I also enjoy a good night out with friends there, the drinks menu is varied, and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would, it is that good.”

“Great castle and stunning views. We went while the Halloween events were on and my 6 year old absolutely loved it. I think it would have been nice for more information to be around to read, for those of us that didn't pick up an audio guide (they are hard to listen to with a young child running around), some short descriptions of each of the rooms around the castle would have been really interesting. But overall really enjoyed our visit!”

“I have wanted to go here for years and had built it up in my head quite a bit. I was delighted to find that the site is i. Actuality ad atmospheric and beautiful ad I had hoped, but also with excellently displayed archaeology! You pay to park, but can access on foot for free. The museum is extra as is a cave tour (limited numbers). We had a pleasant half day there including lunch and felt no need for those extras, but plan to return and pay for both. The visitor centre is very attractive in a modern way while sitting into the landscape. Vibe is of a sub spine gorge. Lovely meadow for children to run off steam in. Includes a play area etc.”

“Beautiful place which is really well maintained. Lots of little hideaway to look at nature. Lots of bench’s to sit and take in the views and a little picnic area to eat away from from the lake. To say we went on Good Friday it was really quite, I would highly recommend anyone to go.”

“We’ve visited this place numerous times, both in the summer and for the Christmas Santa experience, and each time has been nothing short of amazing. The Christmas visit to Santa is a truly magical experience for our little boy—it’s something the whole family looks forward to and enjoys together. There’s always a sense of wonder and excitement that makes it feel special every year. Added touches like the meet and greets with the bears, the magicians, and the fun disco time make it even more memorable. It’s a place where Christmas magic really comes to life, and we always leave with smiles on our faces :)”

“A beautiful little hidden gem with friendly staff. The play area caters more for those 12 and under was clean and in good condition. The toilets were almost immaculate which is a rare thing for any place with lots of families visiting. The train ride although short has plenty of things to look out for as it winds it way across the Feilds. If you are near it is definitely worth a visit. I went with two teenagers and still managed to spend a good couple of hours there. As for food check the website for the menu and prices as it may not to everyone's taste BUT if you like a good traditional English breakfast you will NOT be disappointed. We will definitely be planning a return visit.”

The food is amazing but it is the staff who make this an unforgettable experience, they really helped me choose what to try and I felt so welcome there, like home from home. “Great place to walk dogs, picnic and relax. Has a park and water splash area for children to enjoy. No dogs allowed in the park area. Water area only open seasonally and specific times. My daughter absolutely loved it here, great for young children.”

“So I booked in for the wife's birthday, table for 10 people, The place was buzzing inside and outside. Absolutely packed. The atmosphere was brilliant. The service was fantastic and the food is next level. Absolutely delicious the Ribeye was cooked to perfection. The wait on the mains was an hour but the place was so busy, and we were happy chatting and drinking to notice. The price was cheaper than expected we had meals Puddings and drinks and it was worth every penny. We will definitely be back.”
