“We popped into this Costa this morning for coffee and some food, and found ourselves in the middle of a medical emergency with one of the other customers. The staff were extremely helpful and copied amazingly well in the situation. Well done to you all and thanks for our coffees. Best regards Nick.”

“This is my favourite coffee shop. The staff are always super friendly, chatty, helpful and make your order just right, even with annoying adjustment requests (hot chocolate not too hot, boba bubble drink with no boba bubbles). It’s also easy to access with disabled or regular parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Karen and Lily are lovely people and are often the highlight of my day out doing errands and getting a drink or snack in between . Thank you!”

“Me and a friend booked a table in the late evening for some drinks and it was great! Had a fab time and really impressed as I haven’t seen The Boathouse since it’s been rebuilt. So popular but good music, able to talk, good vibes. Recommend the lychee martini, insane. Thanks to Sissy and Bronwyn for such a warm welcome and being massively attentive to us! And credits to the chef (Rhys?) for saying hello and telling us a bit about the place and food. Superb!”

“Nice little rustic feel, it’s located at the far end of Robins nest. Nice variety of cakes, and milk alternatives for teas and coffee. Seems like a all female run cafe with friendly staff.”

“We have been using the Coffee Bean Company for just over a year. They supply and maintain our machine, for a much more competitive price than our previous supplier. We have always received fantastic customer service when ordering additional products. The engineers have always been knowledgeable and professional when servicing our machines. Highly recommend!”

“Good coffee, clean toilets right next to the car park at Paultons park / Peppa pig world. Was well decorated for Halloween too. No one asked for details when entering car park so I suppose you could just stop here!”

“The service was quick and easy. I ordered 2 caramel lattes and had a look at their coffee cups for sale, which were a bit overpriced for what they were. However, the coffee was lovely and we were greeted with smiles too, considering this was in the evening, nothing seemed too much for the staff. They thanked us for clearing our table after too. Good overall experience.”

“3 am and was pleased to find somewhere open. This is within the hospitql This Costa is 24 hours which is great. The lady serving was very polite and professional. A large range of products, although a few had run out. I felt the vegan rocky road was expensive for a small slice. All in all very useful. Plenty of seating available.”

“What a great place for breakfast. You can walk around the nursery and then get a really good breakfast! They do bacon and eggs but also have the most amazing pastries!”

“Great coffee! I bought a large round of coffees last Saturday, really enjoyed them as did friends. Also bought a bag of coffee to take away and brew at home - quite superb! Highly recommended and brewing with the V60 really bought out the flavours.”

“Perfect place for coffee lovers. They have different coffee roasted beans and when I asked them about the best coffee beans to used at home they helped me really well. Little shop with great staff. It would be better if they serve different cakes and pastries as well but their coffee taste is good enough to go there.”

“A lovely place to come for a relaxing afternoon. There are 8 beautiful cats that are quite friendly & enjoyed being gently fussed. The host who greeted us was also friendly & welcoming when we arrived with our party of 9. We all had a nice time & a bonus cream tea! The scones were fresh & delicious. I'm delighted to say that the cats who live here are both happy & well taken care of.”
