βPurchased a milltek exhaust via the tegiwa website. I also opted for installation , I got a call a couple of days later from tegiwa giving me the date and details of the garage all excellent and efficient. On the day of the installation the garage noticed a damaged component and an incorrect component also the garage suggested I needed a valve delete kit. This problem was caused by the manufacturers warehouse fancy having a fantastic product then allowing your warehouse operations to ruin the experience. Anyway tegiwa were amazing they sent a chap to visit milltek and collect all the parts I needed this was a two hour round trip . Thank you for saving the day Tegiwa and fiesta man :-)β
βWe took our baby girl for her first birthday and stayed two nights in an In the Night Garden room. It was the best time of her little life and there for me, too! The hotel is perfect for little ones, so baby friendly with so much thought gone in to the design. Including travel cot, baby bath, bottle warmer and nappy bin in the room. The lobby itself was interactive and magical and my little girl was blown away to bump into her two faves - Upsy Daisy and Iggle Piggle doing a meet and greet in the hotel. Parking was easy, plenty of it and right in front of the hotel which is great when youβve got a car full of baby supplies. Breakfast is very good and they do veggie sausages on request. Evening food was lovely one night but not so good the second. Tiny tots menu was very good. Drinks and food were expensive, but that wasnβt really a surprise as this is the case with most resorts like this. Iβve been singing the hotels praises to any parent who will listen and we will definitely come back when our daughter is older and the Bluey ride is open. Only negatives (or just something to mention) is that the signage in the area (Alton towers area) generally is pretty poor and sometimes misleading/confusing, but itβs easy to find a member of staff to ask for directions when needed. Special shout out to Sam on reception who answered all my questions before we arrived and was super helpful. Thanks for calming my first time mum nerves!β
βSuper delicious and fresh food, made on the spot and really tasty. Great value for a huge portion. Be aware they don't accept card so you need cash or to be able to do bank transfer.β
βLovely family friendly place. Had a fab time with my friend. xβ
βVery friendly, helpful staff. Great parking facilities. Great equipment. Excellent air-conditioned gym and sports hall. Excellent outdoor sports facilities. Competitive membership fees. Not the cheapest but very good value. I would recommend to anyone looking for a local out of town gym and sports centre.β
βStayed at Premier Inn (Leek) for a local wedding and was really impressed. The hotel is modern and accessible, with a convenient car park on site. Check-in was swift and easy, and our room was lovely. We opted for the Ultimate Room, which came with air conditioning and free WiFi. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. We stayed midweek, so the restaurant was fairly quiet in the evening, simple dishes to choose from. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. Overall, excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend. The only thing for improvement would be having a smart TV to be able to stream or offer netflix, YouTube services.β
βLocated about 15 minutes walk from the town centre this is a modern premier Inn with Aircon and plenty of parking (payable) as there is extra parking underneath and behind it. Friendly helpful staff, well run restaurant for breakfast and evening meal if wanted, but also lots of restaurants within walking or short drive distance. Buxton is well located for visitors to the Peak district.β
βWe stopped here for lunch on a whim - really glad we did so as it is a gem. Good service and atmosphere, clean and just a really nice place to stop at. The icing on the cake for me was the fact the menu had many gluten free choices, one of which was a pie. Such a rare treat to find gf pie on a menu anywhere. It was delicious. My husband had the ordinary pie and was likewise impressed. Unfortunately for us we found this Inn on our last day in the area, so we weren't able to return, but I'd willingly recommend it to others.β
βWhat a gem! I don't know if I got lucky with room 10 or just due to booking early, but all I can say is wow! Very spacious, double aspect twin room. The views of the lake were breath taking and perfecr for people watching. Large bathroom with bath and shower which was a lovely suprise, all looked to have been freshly decorated. The breakfaat was delicious, with a large choice of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and full english on offer. Staff were very pleasant, private carpark was very handy aa parking would have been difficult in Buxton itself. Hotel location waa ideal, lovely walk through the park to the shops, cafes, resturants and opera house. Or walking the opposite direction to pooles cavern and national park for a day out walking. Great value for money and will definitley be returningβ
βReally pleased with my choice, stayed for 2 nights on a romantic weekend! It's well located about 5 min car journey into Buxton. Owner was helpful, kind and knowledgable about places to eat etc. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was very good and we needed earlier at 8am and that was not a problem, actually was owner's suggestion because we had a hiking at 9am. Considering the area, WiFi was very quick! They have a little farm with animals unfortunately we had no time for visiting but you can see them from the car park! We really do recommend!β
βWe loved our stay. I'd like to say a big thank you to Marcie for providing such a wonderful service from start to finish. She made our stay very special and we appreciated it very much. β₯οΈ We go back just to see her!β
βWent here 10.2.24 for PW4U wrestling, great sized venue. Cheap bar prices and wheelchair accessible. Good facilitiesβ
βExcellent hall, 2 rooms available to hire at very reasonable prices. I run a craft fair here and access for disabled is great.β
βThe staff are really helpful! Great to have a place where you can just get your stuff rather then having to wait for a deliveryβ
βGreat place. And more things to come in 2019β
βOur stay at Alton Castle Centre Hostel definitely exceeded our expectations. We had been looking into options for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) to stay for 1 night following a full on day at Alton Towers and travelling from London we needed a place to stay. Being only 5 minutes away from Alton Towers and getting one room for the 6 of us together was perfect for our needs. The staff on arrival and throughout our stay were so welcoming and accommodating and they even had time to listen to the overexcited children we have in tow. we were allocated a table for our family in the eating area and everything felt so clean and organised. The room its self was clean and spacious. and after the deciding of who had top or bottom bunk the kids all settled well for the evening. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to crash when visiting the theme park and would stay again. DislikedΒ Β·Β Nothing to reflect the Hostel itself but not being used to sleeping in a bunk bed, my sleep could have been more comfortable but we still had a good nights sleep.β
βA club and bar with a bowling green. Green in nice condition. Bar serves good drinks and full range of coffees.β
βWas quite anxious as my 7 and 10 yo went off in different direction. Staff friendly and had the use of AI life guarding, continually scanning swimmers and those in trouble. Rides where great, queues manageable, pools warm , food was a bit pricey. Parking free.β
βFood was lovely and the delivery in time and driver was great!β
βIgnore Scott Smith. Great puh with great prices. I visit every 5 or 6 weeks. Good for sports and if you want a bit of quiet time you can find it here or mix with the locals aswell. Highly recommended.β
βWe had a delicious tapas lunch on the dog friendly terrace.β
βAll staff were friendly. They involved my daughter in the process so when she has her first eye test sheβll be less nervous. They helped me pick glasses when I was struggling to decide and I was even able to see the same girl when I came to collect my glasses and have them fitting. She was lovely.β
βThis pub is amazing....the staff are fantastic and the food available is more than adequate. I've never been to a pub where the landlady gives you free shots to thank you for your custom...this pub is a must.β
βWe had an excellent night, the venue is first class! It was the perfect place for our disco on the longest night of the year. We could spill out into the outside area and enjoy cooling down out there a while. Thanks for the smooth operation and arrangements, Ollie and to the helpful staff on the night.β
βJust spent a night at the 'Spitfire' Premier Inn, Stafford. Stay was to the standard advertised & expected, although no capacity for hot breakfast due to a restaurant refurb BUT crossed the road & used 'Hurricane' Premier Inn & breakfasted there! I'd mention Sharon on reception at Spitfire who was genuinely welcoming when we first arrived & couldn't do enough to help us (to locate earlier arrived friends, direct us to a wedding venue & advise re local taxi's etc. Such a lovely lady).β
βReally miss the cafe!! It was fab. Nice clean store, always well stocked and friendly staff. Toilets available in store too. Plenty of parkingβ
βFirst time there in our newly converted VW camper and it was absolutely lovely, no noise apart from the birds singing. Loads of space and greenery just lovely being at one with nature and owner was really welcoming, definitely will be visiting again.β
βHad a mix up with my medication,, Alison on reception sorted it out for me ,,very professional and she was really helpful,,,thank youβ
βGood value and close proximity for a trip to Alton Towers. Restaurant has just been renovated and was very nice. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Surprisingly quiet considering how close you were to services. Restaurant Staff were excellent. Very attentive and friendly.β
βI booked a room for family members, and they had a lovely stay. The team at this premier inn were brilliant, very helpful and really pleasant. The room its self looked old and tired, but it was very clean. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but itβs not open yet, so we booked breakfast in the pub opposite, which was very nice.β
