“Great pub with delicious food. I was there for the second time and I was still nicely surprised with the taste of meals. Portions are big, the food is freshly made and is nicely decorated on the plates . The staff are friendly and the pub is clean and tidy. Summerhouse has plenty of car park spaces and also the garden with the tables and sits outside. Behind the garden area there are meadows with wild flowers and free roaming horses. I highly recommend this pub. It's a shame for me that this pub is not close to Coventry where I live.”

“The food was excellent. We had breakfast and could not have wished for tastier food. We were the only people in the restaurant, but it did mean we were served very quickly! A lovely venue in a lovely location.”

Simon and Hilary were on duty today and looked after us during our time in site... Both very welcoming As photos show this pub has great decor and many tables so can accommodate even the largest parties. Thanks to the staff for looking after us today... “Ordered on friday, bit of a wobble and our food went missing, nick was very understanding at my frustration refunded me right away and when i ordered the following day made my order a priority, the food did not disappoint!! It was phenomenal! The beef brisket bites were to die for..and i doubt ill ever taste dirty fries as good as those ever again...beware the onion rings lol they are MASSIVE!”

“Went to the gatehouse yesterday with the family for the first time since the reopening and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Me and the family got a mix of the new menu and the Christmas menu and it was amazing and cooked beautifully. The staff were welcoming and attentive so I was very pleased with the service we received. Definitely would recommend!!!!”

“We visited the Bentley Green Beefeater in Walsall for our little boy’s 8th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! There were 11 of us in total, and the team made us feel completely welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offer was excellent — plenty of choice, everything hot and fresh, and the self serve area constantly topped up. Everyone in our group, from kids to grandparents, found something they loved. The quality was brilliant, and the atmosphere perfect for a family celebration. A special mention has to go to Stacey, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy, always had a smile, and made our little boy feel really special. It’s rare to find service that good these days, and she really made the morning memorable. Thank you to Stacey and the whole team at Bentley Green for such a lovely start to our day — we’ll definitely be back!”

“This was a brilliant restaurant for lunch, with a warm interior replicating greenery! The Christmas decorations at the time of visit were nice and leather seating is comfortable, counter is neat in itself. I had a diet coke to accompany the fresh Chicken Wings with a delicious spicy sauce, servers were friendly and cleanliness was solid!”

“Excellent food. Starters was nicely prepared. I've ordered salmon and it was very delicious served. Our waitress Natasha was very helpful, friendly and efficient. They offered variety ot desserts and any of our choice was tasteful. I recommend this place.”

“The staff were very friendly and attentive. Tasty meal. It wasn't very hot but we didn't comment. We were not offered a gluten free bun with our burger and were just given the filling. They did have a gluten and dairy free dessert which was lovely. So often restaurants only offer ice cream or sorbet, so that was a treat.”

“This is a lovely cafe called Tapri, it's our first visit. There is a lovely atmosphere, and a well considered stylish mix off seating choices. The staff were pleasant, we decided to try their special offers of ..'Toasties, Panni or backed potato with filling and a drink for under £6.00. We both enjoyed our meal, one tried a 'Cheese and Tomatoe Toastie with brown bread and a Peppermint Tea'. Whilst l had a 'Ham and Cheese Panni and an English Breakfast Tea', it was really tasty and was served with a side salad with tortillas. We both enjoyed the atmosphere and meal. Therefore, we would both easily recommend it and would definitely return to this cafe again.”

“To be honest, it can be a bit variable but on 20th Dec it was perfect. There were several large groups in for breakfast but it all ran like clockwork, nothing ran out or if it did it was quickly replaced. We had a great family meet up and thanks to Somea, Mike, Lily, Leah and Jo”

“Popped in for a quick breakfast. Had a couple bacon and egg breakfast rolls with some hash brown , a soft drink (love the fact that they are refillable), an orange juice and a king jr meal for my little one. The rolls and the portion of hash browns were nice and hot. Staff is always friendly and attentive especially Carol.”
