“We talked to sharps about a fitted wardrobe.... The first guy came along and drew a plan for exactly what we wanted and gave us a price. We paid for it and a second guy came round and produced computer generated drawings, used a jig to ensure parts would make it up the stairs etc. Joinet came fitted the wardrobe... Its solid, sturdy and looks fantastic. Its much more expensive than IKEA yes... But we replaced our custom IKEA wardrobe with this one and it's going to last forever.”

“Never had a issue here, staff are all lovely and medication usually ready on time, i get a text to let me know when its ready to collect and other times when its been on the day prescibed by doctor, i can either wait for it or come back later. The attitude of some of these reviews is disgusting you do realise you have a choice of which pharmacy you can use. It's a small chemist covering a large population of course they going to have delays getting medication or need to order in for next day especially if everyone is as demanding as you lot sound!! I've been in the pharmacy queue and people tutting and eye rolling at staff and speaking to them like rubbish when they trying to help you. Everyone so entitled these days. Boots you are doing a wonderful job, providing a great service”

“When I arrived in Aberdeen I was a bit in a hurry, needed to find a place to stay in for the next 10 months quite quickly. Found out about this agency somehow randomly, I think Google actually made the suggestion, and usually, I trust Google. So I just went to the agency, came in, and found extremely nice people to help me with my research. I needed a flat that was quite central, they immediately offered me to visit one property that fitted my research. Two days later I moved in. Now, the flat had some issues, HOWEVER, they were all quickly and professionally resolved. Came the time to leave Aberdeen and once again, there was no issue, everything went according to what we had agreed upon when I signed the lease. I was granted the entirety of my deposit back as I had done what was expected of me before leaving the property (meaning proper cleaning, making sure nothing was missing and leaving everything in a state that was identical to what it was when I moved in). No surprises, everything's written in your contract. If you know how to read you won't get into any trouble with this agency, there clearly is no scam here. I would highly recommend this agency to people in need of a nice property, at a fair price, with no hidden fees and professional people taking care of everything for you. As a tenant, it was a dream and I can only hope to find such a nice company once I'm back in my home country.”

They were always supportive in all the required services and the maintenance guy was really helpful. If we ever return to Aberdeen, this will be the first agency we would go to. They value tenants just as much as landlords which is something you would not find in the case of many other agencies.”
