“Had a balayage and cut / blow dry with Sophie today and she did an AMAZING job ! I decided to treat myself after loosing 20kg and getting my hair done was the final confidence boost I needed. Sophie was welcoming and made me fe comfortable throughout my appointment. I had tears in my eyes once I saw my hair complete . Will definitely be coming back to get my hair down by Sophie again”

“Wow! What a gem on the Hagley Road! My partner and I had a late breakfast here on a Saturday, and what a joy it was. My partner ordered the Saganaki omelette and I ordered the Feta omelette. We also got two black americanos. The food arrived quickly, and was sublime. Both omelettes came with a lime wedge, a pickled pepper, raw onion, fresh mint, fresh basil and fresh flat leaf parsley. I greatly appreciated the herbs as I love them all, and I personally seasoned my omelette liberally with them. The omelettes also came with sesame flatbread, which we used to mop our plates clean! The coffees were great as well, with my only very minor note being that it would have been nice to have them in a glass with a handle, as they were too hot to handle for about 10 minutes. There is a single loo, which is accessible and well-maintained. Bonus points for a lovely sink basin. I'm including photos of the menu, which we were told has been recently updated. I think the prices are very reasonable for such good quality food. The cafe is decorated very nicely, and my only note about the general ambience was that the music was a very slight bit too loud for my taste. The staff were friendly and helpful, and created a friendly atmosphere. We will be back soon for a lunch and / or dinner - thank you Cafe Rumi!”

“Great professional service, good option of our test car when mine was attended too. Can't fault them very good, overall. I have had further work to my car from these guys and i would like to further add that they did a complete refurb on my suspension system. My CAR was bought from a seaside location location and as syed pointed out sea water from the sea in these locations can cause rust to form on the unseen parts of the car like the chasis and floor panels. - My bushes had ceased up on my suspension and as a result i needed replacement of my Linkages (anti roll bars both sides) both FRONT Lower Arm bushes were worn also my upper Mount Struts needed replacement too. Extensive work. - Not only had they completed the work satisfactory they supplied videos. Normally the job would have been straight forward, but i had extensive rust on the joints which meant access to the joints required direct heat as the rust had extensively ceased the joints. They spent quite a few excessive hours on this additional work, but you know what these guys did not charge me extra for the additional work and hours and charged me as quoted despite the extra difficulty of ceased joints. - I am so grateful what these guys did for me. - Even though they look young and novicey they appear to have a wealth of experience combined between them in ensuring good work is carried out. Their acrediations and certificates back this up. - They have also carried out additional work on my car i.e. rocker cover oil leak, replacement of AC CONDENSOR, - To summarise these guys charge good compettive rates and will not rip you off. They are a credit to the industry, where there are plenty of "rogue dealers" about. They have good testimonials on who can fix my car.com and are excellent in advice and what to do next with your car. Use these guys always they are brilliant. - Thanks again Syed, my brakes needed doing next i know where to go haha.”

“Bought my husband's and his brother's suit here for our wedding. We went for a custom suit for my husband and the care and attention from Ash was absolutely amazing, suggesting small details but not overly pushy. We chose everything from personalized writing inside to the button and thread colour, it felt so special. Ash checked the fit carefully and made sure it would be perfect for the big day. He double checked everything when it arrived and he got so many compliments on the day and when he's worn it since. For the best man we picked something off the rack but also received top service especially when we needed to exchange for a different size closer to the date. The staff knowledge and attention is absolutely second to none (and sets it far far above the Bullring store).”

“As a limitless customer for over 2 years now we do visit this cinema a lot and I must say the whole experience is fantastic. It looks very futuristic inside and being a luxe offers that extra level of comfort whilst watching your film. The screen s are huge and the sound quality is great too. The staff are very friendly and polite and the toilets are very clean indeed. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and want to watch a movie. There is also 3 hours of free parking which is a big car park underneath the cinema itself. Just make sure you validate your car registration when you are in the cinema. Highly recommended”

“A great hotel, supplemented by it's incredible staff, all of whom were so friendly, welcoming helpful, chatty and very competent. The studio room I stayed in was fantastic, incredibly clean, comfortable with every amenity required. A special mention of a the chap that helped with check in on Sunday 16th Nov around 8/9pm. He is a credit to your hotel, a great guy. Thankyou”

“First time I came here to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. Very easy to find, right opposite pigeon park, where St Philip’s Cathedral is. Name of restaurant is big and clear, and can’t be missed. I arrived early and was greeted by Astrida, who was lovely! I was holding a big bunch of flowers, which she kindly put away for me and she instantly made me feel very welcome. Tamarah was also very friendly. As I sat and waited for my friends to arrive, I was approached by every member of staff, who asked me if I wanted a drink whilst I was waiting. The customer service was just brilliant! The interior of the restaurant is very stylish and the toilets are posh! The only negative comment I have is that I ordered a main meal (I can’t remember what it was called, but it was newly added to the menu - pasta, white sauce). The proportion of this meal was not enough for it to be served as a main meal. It was something you would expect if you ordered a starter. Proportions of other meals might be ok, but not for this meal. I will still give this restaurant 5 stars as we had a great time, but please take my comments on board, as customers want good value for money.”

“Happy lamb is one of the best Halal Chinese hotpot locations there is in brum! I come here every couple of months and it never disappoints. The atmosphere & staff are very friendly. The food & variety of options is also amazing! It’s also very cost-friendly in comparison to other chinese hotpots in brum. Defo recommend!!!”

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a tranquil and calming ambience and the staff are all very warm and welcoming. The food was some of the best Indian cuisine I've ever tasted. “It was my first time both visiting a barbers and Social Birmingham. I was offered a drink on arrival and had Andy cut my hair. The place itself is out of the way of the busy city centre in a quiet suburb. Andy spent plenty of time and effort into trimming my hair to my liking, going for a style slightly different to my usual. Both Andy and Tom were very friendly and chatty which led to a laidback atmosphere with some music in the background.”
